O cheiro forte de mofo, manutenção do apartamento incompleta, o valor não vale a hospedagem, acho que já passou de ser classificado como a melhor hospedagem de Alfenas, em plena copa a TV do quarto não estava funcionando, não havia secador de cabelo e se pegasse na recepção emprestado tinha que ter horário de devolução exata.
Obs: havia um aviso no elevador que não tinha serviço de tv nos quartos devido uma manutenção, então todas as tvs em geral não estavam funcionando em plena copa e não foi só na minha hospedagem, já estavam sem funcionar há dias.

Desorganização! Fiz duas reservas distintas porém seguidas. Informei no Check-in sobre isso, pedi para adequarem, disseram ter resolvido.
No outro dia me ligaram para saber se iria continuar, haja visto que eu tinha outra diária a consumir, e para piorar, na hora do check-out, me falaram que faltava pagar uma diária, sendo que fiz tudo por aqui, pagando no cartão antecipadamente.
Essa cobrança no balcão me gerou constrangimento.
