Pros:

Eu precisava modificar a minha reserva, feita pelo Booking e pessoal do hotel foi totalmente flexível. Também, consegui fazer check-in antecipado muito antes da hora. Pessoal atencioso demais, hotel limpo, bom café da manhã e ótima localização

Fica próximo ao shopping. Da para ir a pé ao shopping . Possui restaurante e opção de jantar no quarto se quiser. O café da manhã é bom mas poderia melhorar . Os ambientes comuns são muito bonitos.

Cons:

O Wi-Fi era fraco no meu quarto. As portas faziam muito barulho ao fechar. O banheiro estava com o teto quebrado parecendo infiltração, azulejos com pontos de mofo, formigas na pia do banheiro e atrás do espelho, vazamento na pia do banheiro. Cobertores e travesseiros extra poderiam estar protegidos por algum plástico ou capas para evitar ácaros. Lençóis pareciam muito velhos e até com alguns rasgos. Cortina rasgada. O café da manhã pode melhorar . Queria ovos mexidos mas só tinha um restinho e não repuseram. No jantar que pedi o macarrão estava cru , mas refizeram. Podia ter mais variedades de doces. Pelo valor e aparência externa , para mim deixou a desejar.

No geral foi bom. As acomodações são boas, limpas, com claridade e iluminação adequadas. Os funcionários são bem receptivos e muito prestativos.

Cons:

Reservei o quarto para duas pessoas e só colocaram uma toalha de banho no quarto. O colchão parecia estar velho não sustentando adequadamente o corpo.
