Ótimo quarto

Cons:

Café simples, mas adequado. O ponto negativo foi a comunicação entre o quarto e a recepção. Durante toda a minha hospedagem, ninguém respondeu às mensagens enviadas pelo chat do site. Acredito que colocar um telefone ou interfone nos quartos melhoraria bastante a comunicação com a recepção.
Tirando esse ponto, correu tudo bem e eu voltaria a me hospedar no local.

Boa opção de hospedagem em Varginha - MG.
Pros:

Um hotel confortável, com café da manhã excelente. O funcionário Manoel que nos atendeu no café da manhã é bastante atencioso!

Cons:

No quarto ao lado ao qual ficamos, o hóspede (ou os hóspedes) estavam com cachorro. Os latidos do cão nos atrapalhou em alguns momentos, principalmente pela manhã.

Funcionários muito educados e prestativos, café da manhã muito bom, porém tive um probleminha no último dia. Quarto agradável e limpo. Chuveiro gostoso. Boa localização, perto do shopping.

Cons:

Banheiro poderia ter ventilação, como é um lugar de frio, a torneira poderia ter água quente. Poderia ter secador de cabelo e touca de banho.
No último dia estava tendo uma convenção, e faltou no café da manhã ovos mexidos, e acabou o pão francês. Eu paguei o que eles me pediram e, faltar coisas essenciais no café da manhã?
Isso não pode acontecer.

Me colocaram em um quarto virado pro shopping e um transformador não me deixou dormir, foi bem chato. Deviam colocar janelas anti ruído nesses quartos.
