Bel appartement et beau point de chute pour aller aux plages d’Imbassé et de Sant Antonio

La proximité avec la rue piétonne et sa piscine.

Cons:

Le paiement à régler par virement, depuis la France et depuis le Brésil. Ça rajoute des contraintes et des préoccupations au voyage.

Excelente apto, melhor localização impossível, nascente, todo climatizado, sem existência de mofo, moscas ou pernilongos, totalmente arejado é equipado, escada com corrimão, internet veloz, tudo funcionava perfeitamente, acesso direto da piscina para Praia com toda infraestrutura, sem nada a reclamar.

Ótimo condomínio, acomodação nem tanto.
Pros:

Interessante realmente a estadia. Estive no apto 124. Achei o quarto muito abafado, com cheiro de mofo, muitos pernilongos. A máquina de lavar e a internet não funcionavam (e não foram resolvidas). A suíte superior tem uma escada muito perigosa (cuidado com pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção e crianças). Ar condicionado excelente. O condomínio, em compensação, é excelente. Ótima localização, piscina, boa estrutura, seguro. Garagem coberta, ótima. Consideraria ficar em outra unidade.

Ficamos em um apartamento maravilhoso no condomínio enseada praia do Forte! Localização espetacular! Uma praia maravilhosa! Atendimento excelente e apartamento 🔝🔝🔝🔝com vista frontal para o mar!!! Tudo muito limpo , confortável e espaçoso!! A piscina maravilhosa com borda infinita e vista para o mar!!!
