Expedia booking is a rip off for anyone in Australia & support or lack of support proves this company is not ethical.

Gym is very small but functional for 1-2 people at a time.
Pool is OK.
Pool bar non-existent which could work if smoking was restricted to tables just next to entry on ground floor, in other words smoking shouldn't be permitted in the pool area (8th floor), though perhaps smoking could be permitted after pool closes at 7pm.

First of all, the positives: location of the hotel is great because it is walking distance to Nana Plaza, the BTS station and also all the way down to Soi Cowboy if that’s your kind of thing. It’s set back from the main road enough so that its a very peaceful hotel and the beds and pillows were excellent and extremely comfortable. The rooftop pool is handy if you fancy a relaxing little dip but it is all about location location location.

Now the negatives: first of all the rooms are very dimly lit and it is very difficult, if you wear contact lenses, to put them in, under any of the lighting available. There is no brightly lit dressing table and the bathroom lights are the lowest wattage possible. I even enquired at Reception to see whether they had a spare lamp but they could not provide any assistance. Secondly, the hotel is rundown and a bit tatty particularly around the pool area where there were so many missing tiles, in and around the pool, that it was a bit of a health hazard. Additionally, you have the sum total of three sun loungers to pick from but the only other poolside guests that I had were those that have come up to the pool to smoke marijuana joints, due to the non-smoking policy within the hotel itself.

I continue to try and find the ideal budget suitable mid-range hotel in Bangkok that tick as many boxes as possible but I think I would struggle to stay here again purely because of the lack of light and plug sockets to use within the aging hotel rooms.

Kelpo majoitus muuten, mutta hintalaatusuhde ei kohtaa, mainittu 4 tähteä on mielestäni yläkanttiin. Valaistus huoneessa ja kylpyhuoneessa harvinaisen heikko ja veden paine sekä lämpötila heitteli arvaamattomasti, ei kuitenkaan estänyt suhkun käyttöä. Uima-altaan laatoitus rapistuu, mutta allas oli ihan mukava paikka viettää muutama lepohetki.

No show, i am waiting for redund. The Expedia App did not allow me to cancel in the required time. I contacted Manager from Hotel who said it was not refundable booking. Online chat on Expedia App, i was told i will get a refund.

Easy access to Sukhumvit road

The only plus about this hotel is the staff and the location. The lobby smells very bad and the room was old and run down. The shower was clogged and smells bad. The bathrooms was dark so I couldn't shave. Will not be coming to this hotel again.
We went out all day and when we came back in the evening the room was not cleaned.

hotel is nice, breakfast only is available, no other meals. At night, the room lighting is very limited, so the room appears very dark. But during the day, with the curtains open, the room is very bright.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good location close to grocery store, street food and other restaurants. And close to BTS.

The hotel was ok. Very busy/walkable area. Good for shopping and nightlife. The room felt dirty and no towels upon arrival.
