Several guests praise staff and specific employees, while a number report uncooperative receptionists and issues at check-in (deposit/payment), giving mixed service impressions.

9
Consistently praised as convenient and close to Arab Street/Soi 5 and shopping; some notes about noise or being a bit far from major malls but overall very strong location sentiment.
Room Quality
