Es geht besser
Pros:

Die Saunalandschaft ist schön.

Cons:

In der heutigen Zeit ein Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage? Das Bad hat auch schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Im Hochsommer ein großer Teil des Aussenbeckens nicht benutzbar ( Arbeiten?) Das Speisenangebot am Abend ab 20:30 ist nicht vorhanden ( an einem Freitag). Beim Frühstücksangebot waren einige Sachen vom Vortag. Berufsbekleidung des Küchenpersonals nicht unbedingt für ein Restaurant mit 4 Sternen.

Das wir entspannen konnten

Das uns Booking nicht drauf hingewiesen hat das vom 29.06 bis einschließlich 31.07 von den 4 Pools nur 1 geöffnet war, das hätte man den Kunden beim buchen schon mitteilen können.

Overall I’d come again, maybe try the superior room to see if the bed is any better.
Pros:

Great spa area with beautiful garden and large outside area with trees. Generally beautiful hotel. Breakfast was nice. Good food options in spa area, couldn’t try the Japanese restaurant though.
Restaurant personnel and personnel in bath very friendly. Direct access from the hotel to spa area made the experience all the more better.

Cons:

receptionists were all a bit short in communication and were a bit stand offish about me booking through third party, why comment on that? As if that would make me book direct ?
room was nice and clean but the bed in the standard double was very hard.

Tæt på motorvejen - godt hotel
Pros:

Super fint loftsværelse - stort og rummeligt. Flot badeværelse.
Virker gode senge.

Cons:

Der var meget varmt også selvom vi fik en blæser.
Jeg drømmer stadig om aircondition 🙏 for det blev ikke til meget søvn.

Schönes Hotel
Pros:

Sehr modern sehr schön

Cons:

Mein Einzelzimmer war leider sehr sehr klein und ich hatte keine Klimaanlage im oberen Stock – daher ziemlich heiß auch in der Nacht - aber trotzdem sauber und modern eingerichtet.

I don't understand there is no aircon in this 4 stars hotel. and the provided fan was not clean and too much dusty. but I got new fan later on

Sehr gutes und auswahlreiches Angebot an Speisen.
Sehr freundlicher Service
Der Spa- Bereich ist in Preis-Leistung wirklich top

Cons:

Soweit ich erkennen konnte, gab es keine energischten Maßnahmen .Bei fast 40 Grad ,weder Klimaanlage noch Ausssenjalousien.
Hier muss dringend ein Umdenken des Hotelbetreibers stattfinden.
Dann lieber etwas weniger "Chic" ( tatsächlich aber in die Jahre gekommen, z.B.Teppich im Zimmer )aber klimatischen Bedingungen angepasst .
Dafür gibt es Punktabzug.....

Pros:

Das Frühstück war lecker und es gab einen direkten Zugang zur Therme (extra Kosten :().

Cons:

Bei Ankunft wurden wir mehrfach falsch geschickt und mussten dadurch viel hin und herlaufen, bis wir das richtige Zimmer hatten. Dann war es an unserem Anreisetag ca 37 Grad heiß und es gibt hier keine Klimaanlage. Unser Zimmer lag auf der Sonnenseite und hatte bestimmt ca 38 Grad (gefühlt). Es war schrecklich. Auf Nachfrage konnte man uns ein Zimmer auf der Schattenseite (vielleicht 5 Grad weniger) geben. Es war unerträglich heiß und durch lüften kam natürlich auch keine Luft ins Zimmer. Einen Ventilator haben wir bekommen, der hat dann die heiße Luft etwas umgewälzt. Nachts konnte man die Fenster nicht weit geöffnet lassen, weil dann ständig Tiere reingekommen sind (keine Fliegengitter). Klimaanlagen nachrüsten wäre bestimmt eine tolle Entscheidung. Immerhin ist es in der Lobby und im Restaurant ja auch gut klimatisiert. Im Winter mag es hier vielleicht netter sein, im Sommer kann man hier leider kein Auge zu machen.

Cons:

Like most German hotels, no aircon in rooms. It was a bit uncomfortable in the heatwave. In normal weather it would have been great.

Pros:

Extrem leckeres Buffet! Sowohl morgens aber auch abends absolut top! Die Zimmer sind schön geräumig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich!

Cons:

Das Zimmer war schon in die Jahre gekommen. Es gab keine richtige Dusche, sondern nur eine Badewanne. Wie ich hörte gibt es aber auch renovierte Zimmer. Bei unserem würde sich ein Investment lohnen

Bei Anreise mußten wir noch den Spa und Wellness extra bezahlen, muss besser bei Booking beschrieben werden .

Fulda als Stopp auf dem Weg nach Norddeutschland ideal- Großes Spaßbad
Pros:

Zimmer für eine Übernachtung ok-Wasserlandschaft im Hotel integriert und sehr interessant-wir haben es bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur sehr genossen dort zu sein.
Restaurant gut und Personal sehr freundlich.Großes Frühstücksangebot !
Zimmer unterm Dach hatte keine Klimanlanlage.Sehr warm.
Großes Parkplatzangebot.

Cons:

Nächstes Mal werden wir ein Zimmer im unteren Hotelbereich nehmen,da es dort kühler sein soll.

Ein schönes Hotel mit Verbesserungspotential.
Pros:

Kostenfreier Parkplatz;gute Anbindung an Öffentlichen Verkehr;leckeres,sehr vielfältiges Frühstücksangebot;sehr sauberes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal.

Cons:

Leider keine klimatisierten Zimmer,bei den hohen Temperaturen war an einen entspannten Nachtschlaf nicht zu denken;
Ich hätte mir Kurztarife für Hotelgäste als Eintritt in die Sieben Welten gewünscht-z.B.
Vormittags 09-12 und nicht eine Tageskarte für 25,00 Euro,da wir ja noch Fulda besuchen wollten.
