Location was great to Pioneer women and town.
Not very secure, old and outdated rooms mostly. Staff were rude more interested in disagreeing with each other than helping guest or cleaning up the area. Rotten salad right in front of door most of the day until I finally said I think someone should clean up the salad outside it would look better.

It's a historic hotel and the history was well preserved without being rundown. It's decorated beautifully and it was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for being in the central part of town. The staff people are very friendly and helpful.
For some reason they didn't have bars of hand soap in the rooms. I asked for some and all they had was a small bottle of body wash. Family members were in a separate room down the hall and they didn't have any either. They asked for some and received soap bar. Why aren't they putting them in the rooms?
The hotel has Direct TV but it didn't work in my room most of the time. The desk clerk messed around with it and said it was a constant problem for them and the other hotel in the area. Lastly, the hotel provides an after hour front door key since they lock up at midnight. I got up and went outside in the morning, 6 am, and was locked out. The provided front door key won't turn enough in the lock to open the door. I had to text my family to meet me outside. They do provide a door code for the back door, but I didn't have it with me.
The location was wonderful. Great for a walking tour of the town.

Everything about the hotel was perfect. It was close to shops and restaurants. We even got to experience a street dance to honor the rodeo that was in town! Great experience!

Charm of hotel, location is perfect for visit to the prairie and bison herd. Also, Mercantile is right across the street.
Our TV remote was not working, but we had little time for TV anyway.
Loved that it was a historic building and great location.
Our room was very clean and decorated beautifully. However the room was located on the Main Street which was very noisy with cars, big trucks, motorcycles at all hours. Even with our sounds machine on it was not very restful. Do not stay here if you need a restful sleep after traveling.

Very nice rustic Hotel with great history. Room was very large, comfortable bed, kitchen area, and nice bath. Staff were excellent. Pawhuska is small town and only 1 other Hotel downtown. Property is perfectly located for strolling the area and visiting the shops and restaurants. Very comfortable and I would stay again.

The room was comfortable but very light through the night. The lights from out side plus the lights from the corridor through the glass door and wall pannels made to room too light.
