Buona struttura, che potrebbe fare di più
Pros:

Personale gentile e molo dell'hotel che ti permette di arrivare direttamente da Parapat.

Cons:

Piscina non disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno. Pulizia della stanza all'arrivo da migliorare.

Cons:

Nous avons été très déçus par plusieurs aspects de notre séjour.

🚿 Douche : l’eau chaude est particulièrement difficile à régler et peut devenir brûlante en quelques secondes. Il faut vraiment être très vigilant pour éviter les brûlures. C’est un point qui nous semble préoccupant en matière de sécurité.

🏊 Piscine : l’eau était trouble et nous avons constaté la présence de mégots dans la piscine. La propreté laisse donc clairement à désirer.

🍽️ Restaurant : expérience très décevante. Nous étions pratiquement les seuls clients le soir, ce qui nous a d’ailleurs étonnés. Nous avons rapidement compris pourquoi : nos demandes n’ont pas été prises en compte. Nous avions pourtant clairement demandé « no spicy », mais les plats sont arrivés tellement épicés qu’ils étaient tout simplement immangeables. Pour un repas à 577 000 IDR pour 4 personnes, nous attendions nettement mieux, tant au niveau de l’écoute que de la qualité.

The parking view rooms are quite bad. Small and overlooking the parking. The lake view rooms are better.
The restaurant is bad. Very long time to get our meals, and the food was not very good.
I had booked a room overlooking the lake, and when we got there, our room were overlooking the parking. What happened is that when I made the booking, I had booked the lake view rooms, but I had to change our days of traveling. The hotel made the changes but change our lake view rooms to parking view rooms without informing me. The parking view rooms are very dull. The lake view one are much better. I managed to get a lake view room on the second night after I complained, even though I made this request when we arrived and we were told that everything was fully booked.

Pros:

Staff were lovely,
Except for one guy called Michael who hires scooters out the front. The bike had a ball front tyre and the engine played up. He tried to rip us off twice. And took the bike back after 6 days when I had paid for 7. He seller at my wife and was abusive. Ruined our stay.
My advice to Zoe's is get ride of him.
If you want a scooter or bicycle. Go see Raymond a couple of doors up the road

Séjour reposant au Lac Toba
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait pour visiter l’île de Samosir.
Vous pouvez facilement louer des scooters et des vélos pour visiter l île.
Il y a un service de buanderie très appréciable !
Le petit déjeuner est très correct.
Les chambres avec balcon sont spacieuses et La literie est confortable.
Spéciale dédicace à Lénie qui est une masseuse exceptionnelle. Je vous recommande chaudement de réserver un massage auprès d’elle.

Cons:

À la fin de leur service, le personnel a fait du bruit en rentrant dans leur chambre..
Le guide Mickael proposé par l’hôtel n’était pas très sympathique…je ne recommande pas ce guide. On n’a pas spécialement passer un bon moment.

Complimenten voor alle personeel
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Goed ontbijt, ze die. Er alles aan om het je maar de zin te maken, echt vakantie gevoel, daarvoor hoeft niet alles superluxe of in perfecte staat te zijn

Pros:

Ik heb hier een hele goede tijd gehad! Het hotel is netjes en de kamers schoon, en er zit een prima zwembad bij waar je even kan afkoelen.
Het beste vond ik de service van het hotel. Ze helpen je overal fantastisch mee van het regelen van een scooter tot tips geven wat te doen in de omgeving. Echt een hele fijne tijd gehad hier!

Amazing location and breakfast
Pros:

Beautiful location, the ferry drops you directly at the hotel. The breakfast was the best we had in Sumatra and the views are stunning.

Hotel mit Licht und Schatten
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt (wie fast alle Unterkünfte hier) direkt am See. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist freundlich und bemüht. Die Rezeption organisiert gerne auch Transporte, Ausflüge oder Scooter-Rent. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig.
Die Massage bei Leni war das absolute Highlight!!! Das hat hier auch einen großen Einfluss auf meine Bewertung.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft bräuchte an vielen Stellen ein „Make-over“. Der Seezugang ist leider etwas ungepflegt. Das Restaurant-Personal wirkt eher unmotiviert.
Ich habe gehört, dass das Hotel Ende September schließt. Wenn das wirklich der Fall ist, würde dies einiges erklären.
Insgesamt war für mich der Preis nicht gerechtfertigt. Dafür hatte ich mehr erwartet.
