Miran i čist apartman uz profesionalno osoblje, manjak kuhinjske opreme
Pros:

Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno i profesionalno, zaista zaslužuju sve pohvale. Posebno bih istakla svakodnevnu uslugu čišćenja i održavanja sobe – dame koje rade na održavanju su veoma prijatne i posvećene svom poslu.
Imali smo manji problem sa fenom u sobi, koji je riješen istog dana, što dodatno govori o efikasnosti i brizi za goste.
Apartmani se nalaze na odličnoj lokaciji, dobro su povezani sa gradskim prevozom (autobus i metro), a u neposrednoj blizini nalazi se veliki broj restorana, apoteka i prodavnica. Sve je dostupno u svega nekoliko minuta hoda.
Dodatni plus je mirno okruženje – naselje je tiho, bez saobraćajne i druge buke, što boravak čini još ugodnijim.

Cons:

Prilikom rezervacije apartmana očekivala sam funkcionalnu kuhinju, barem u smislu osnovnog posuđa. Međutim, nakon rezervacije sam obaviještena da je za korištenje posuđa potrebno ostaviti depozit od 30 eura, koji se vraća nakon provjere. U praksi, kuhinja je bila gotovo prazna – na raspolaganju su bile samo dvije šolje za kafu/čaj i dvije čaše, bez osnovnog posuđa, kao i bez kuhinjske krpe ili ubrusa.

Iako nismo planirali kuhati, smatram da je osnovno posuđe za jednostavne obroke, poput doručka, nešto što bi trebalo biti standard u apartmanu koji se oglašava s kuhinjom. Koncept dodatnog naplaćivanja ili depozita za posuđe prvi put sam doživjela i smatram da nije u skladu s očekivanjima gostiju.

Također, u sobi nije bila dostupna pegla, što bi bilo korisno imati na raspolaganju. Dodatno, plinski bojler smješten u dnevnom boravku nije ostavio ugodan utisak.

Što se tiče izolacije, ona nije na visokom nivou, ali to nije predstavljalo veći problem jer se kućni red poštovao.

I just love and obviously will come back again

Pros:

The location was good near to the main road. There are few steps climbing to reach there . The room was big and spacious. There was view on the 4th floor and sliding door to go out on emergency stairs. There was hot water

Cons:

There is so sound isolation. If you have noisy neighbours as we had you won't be able to sleep. It was as if they were in our room. . The kitchen utensils are two plates and a knife and forks and two very scared pans.
