We choose an room with hot bathtub and patio with furniture. The patio felt like a cage,no furniture, just air-conditioning engine and hot water tank and no furniture.
The bathtub was not something you want to use, old and dirty. Also very little intimacy when there is a big gap under the window towards the inside court, anyone can hear you and the opposite way around. Rooftop terasse was just sad. Overpriced boutique hotell that look better on the nett than for real. Also no key to get in and out of the hotel, you need to ring the bell every time.

Cons:

Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage. Zimmer war zur Straße gelegen. Fenster mussten aufgrund der fehlenden Klimaanlage aufgemacht werden. Extrem laut durch die Bars am Abend und den früh einsetzenden Verkehr. Die Fenster haben aber den Lärm auch nicht gemindert

Incredible service, comfortable rooms, wonderful people.
Pros:

Incredibly cozy environment. I loved how hospitable the staff was. The location in central Oaxaca was incredible and close to everything that I was doing for the trip. The courtyard was gorgeous and the entire vibe was relaxing.

Cons:

WiFi could have been better, but it's not a big deal to me.
