A localização .
O quarto menor com varanda para o jardim é escuro e frio. Os banheiros possuem um chuveiro que, apesar de terem muita pressão, saiem pouca água. Além disso, a necessidade de tocar a campainha sempre que for entrar gera um barulho que todos escutam. Faltam móveis de apoio no quarto menor como algum lugar para abrir a mala ou cadeira de apoio. Um tapete ao lado da cama também aumentaria muito o conforto visto que o quarto sempre estava frio e escuro (no caso do quarto menor com varanda)
The location and staff were exceptional! Super friendly and gave us great recommendations. The room was very spacious and beds were very comfortable.
One minor comment is that one of the bedrooms had a rather thin wooden door with windows which meant it was susceptible to light and noise at night.

L’emplacement
La cadre de l'hôtel est très agréable avec le patio central bien arboré. La chambre loft est spacieuse et le patio central entre la chambre et la salle de bain est appréciable et apporte un peu de luminosité. Le couchage est super et le linge de lit très agréable. Les petits déjeuner sont bien avec une constante et un élément qui change chaque jour. Par contre pas avant 8h30 ce qui est un peu tard d'autant qu'à cette heure ci ce n'est pas tout a fait prêt. La situation géographique est cependant au top à deux pas du zocalo et de santo Domingo.
Vérifier l'équipement de la kitchenette- pas une seule fourchette mise a disposition et informer pour combien de jours est prévu le stock de capsules (3) car le réassort n'est pas systématique alors que c'est mis en description.

el desayuno es apenas lo adecuado, el personal es amable. La ubicación del lugar es muy adecuada, en el mero centro de Oaxaca.
Lo que no nos gustó fueron varias cosas: estuvimos en 3 habitaciones pues en la primera había mucho ruido de un antro cercano, aunque eso no depende del hotel en sí.
Nos cambiaron a otra y ésta no tenía agua caliente, muy necesaria para bañarse en invierno, y al hacer el cambio a la tercera no funcionaba la palanquita del grifo de la bañera para que saliera en la regadera, así que nos bañamos a "jicarazos".

Rooms were large.
- The hotel disappeared from booking.com before we arrived. Which gave the impression it was closing.
- Staff were demotivated, leading us to think the hotel was closing.
- Breakfast was weak and served between 8.30 and 10am.
- None of the advertised additional services were available.
The room was very spacious, great kitchenette, lovely staff, the house is gorgeous, common areas very pleasant, good location.
Getting in and out of the house requires a staff member to open the door, and sometimes that can be tricky.

Fürs Frühstück muss man sich zeit nehmen. Wenn Man eine Aktivität geplant hat könnte es knapp werden mit dem frisch zubereiteten Frühstück.

Très bruyant (boites de nuit très proche, sonnerie sur la rue très forte) ne pas prendre de chambre sur. Rue. La douche a peine chaude et débit très faible , petit déjeuner très moyen.
I love the aesthetic and design of the entire guest house. The people who worked there were actually the best and so helpful! The location of the guesthouse was also prime and walkable to everything.
This is really minor but some Mosquitos got underneath the door and I had to put a towel to cover the gap so I didn’t get eaten alive while I slept. Other than that, no complaints!
