Pros:

good breakfast, very helpful staff ( who saved us a FORTUNE - a day ticket for the cable car would have cost us 135 SFr per person, instead a pass available to hotel guests cost 49 SFr per person)

Ideal for an activity holiday where one is out walking cycling for most of the day

My initial thought was it was a bit expensive - but I stayed in other hotels on this trip and in comparison Hotel des Alpes was very good value

komme gern wieder, wenn ich ein Zimmer im 5-ten Stockwerk wieder bekomme :)
Pros:

Aussicht aus dem 5.Stockwerk war atemberaubend! Grosses Zimmer, gutes Bad mit Superfön! (Aufsatz für die Locken hat mich sehr positiv überrascht, bis jetzt noch in keinem Hotel gesehen und daher meinen eigenen mitgebracht).

Cons:

Gläser und Getränke auf dem Flügel haben mir "Weh getan". Der Flügel ist kein Tisch zum Servieren, sondern ein Musikinstrument!
Frühstückspersonal an beiden Tagen wirkte müde und teilweise uninteressiert. Das Frühstück selbst war sehr mager vom Auswahl - ich hätte im Sommer mehr Gemüse und Obst erwartet. Auch Eier könnte man als Spiegeleier oder Omelette anbieten. So eine Auswahl ist normal für 3-Sternhaus..

Hôtel bien situé
Pros:

Hôtel bien situé, près de la route, parking souterrain, très bon accueil, personnel sympathique et serviable.
Les chambres sont spacieuses, avec balcon et belle vue sur la station et les montagnes.
Une pizzeria avec une bonne carte pour égayer vos papilles, terrasse, une grande piscine.
Arrêt de bus à proximité, carte d'hôte (bus gratuit) idéal pour des visites alentours.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Die Lage zum Caumasee ist super. Sonst ebenfalls gute Lage. Beste Pizza im Restaurant, unbedingt probieren. Betten sehr komfortabel. Sehr nettes Personal und ein sympathischer Geschäftsführer, der mit anpackt.

Cons:

Ja, die Parkplätze sind eng aber selbst ich mit meinem grossen Auto konnte gut einparkieren.

Super zentrale Lage, sehr freundliche Damen an der Rezeption
Pros:

Grosse Zimmer. Einfaches Frühstück

Cons:

Es war zu heiss und abends schwierig zu lüften, da es draussen sehr lärmig war (Postautohaltestelle, Restaurant, viele Touristen)

Great place to stay and central location for hiking trips.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing really except that hotel is along main road but so are most other hotels and the windows are very good to keep any traffic noise out.
