A disappointing stay that makes me reconsider returning.

Cons:

This hotel used to offer free public transportation tickets during your stay. I’ve stayed here many times before, so I was surprised when I asked about them at reception and was told they are no longer provided to guests who book through Booking.com. I was told this was because of Booking.com’s commission, which was disappointing.

I also requested housekeeping at reception and was assured that my room would be cleaned, but it never was. It made me wonder whether this was another cost-saving measure, although I can’t be sure.

Overall, I was disappointed by the change in service. As a guest, I don’t think people should be treated differently based on the platform they used to make their reservation. Next time, I’ll probably look for a hotel that offers the same level of service to all guests.

It was very enjoyable staying here, especially with the extremely hot weather outside and the hotel
Pros:

This hotel is perfectly situated right beside Frankfurt Hbf. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast is tasty, and the staff is very friendly and attentive, both at check-in and during breakfast service.

Pros:

프랑크푸르트 역 바로 앞에 있어서 늦게 도착했을때 가기 너무 좋습니다.
침구도 깨끗하고, 화장실도 깨끗해요.

Cons:

조식은 종류가 별로 없어서 비용내고 먹기는 아까웠어요.
그리고 12시 체크아웃인데 11시에 청소한다고 갑자기 문을 열었습니다. 분명히 사람 있다고 표시했는데도요.
