Pros:

Thw staff is very professional and attentive, all amenities are as descrobed. There is a very good Spa.

Great central location and generally good service, but disappointing and unclear billing at the end affected my overall

I had a great experience staying here. The hotel is centrally located, so it was very convenient to move around and access different places easily. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

However, I was disappointed with the payment situation. When I arrived, I had to pay an extra amount because they didn’t have change, so I left the balance at the counter. Later, when I ordered food to my room, I clearly confirmed the food price and the additional delivery charge. Despite this, I was charged more than expected. It felt unfair, especially since there was already a balance left with them. I hope the hotel improves transparency in billing to avoid such situations in the future.

Clean, comfortable, safe
Pros:

Great I could get a shuttle bus from the airport straight to hotel.
Staff were very nice, helpful and welcoming
Bed was spacious
Water on offer

Cons:

Shower did not work properly - was cold and larger shower head did not work
I arrived at 4am and there was still loud noises going on

My stay at the hotel was enjoyed with nice meals and friendly staff
Pros:

The hotel is strategically located in town, so it is easy to go shopping in an Uber, visit several beaches, and travel to and from the airport or bus station easily. The staff was also nice, but the most outstanding was Solome, the receptionist, who made us feel welcome, and Evans, a member of the entertainment group A-team, who was kind enough to take us around town and the different beaches. Thank you, Solome and Evans

Cons:

It was still under renovation on the top floors, but the hotel was kind to warn us and apologize in advance for the noise coming from the construction

Tolles Hotel in Mombasa Town

Bis auf den etwas zu kleinen Pool alles: Sauberkeit, tolle Zimmer, wo alles funktionierte (TV, Wifi, warmes Wasser, AC ...), CheckIn zwei Stunden früher ohne Probleme, das gute Frühstück und natürlich das sehr nette Personal...

Wonderful place to stay!
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Sapphire! The staff are absolutely amazing; very service-minded and hospitable. The rooms are clean, fresh, and have great AC (which is much needed here in Mombasa!). The restaurant also has a great menu.

A special thank you to our waitress, Gloria, who took excellent care of us and provided outstanding service - she’s wonderful! I also want to thank Brenda, at the reception, for her excellent hospitality and Alex who insisted on helping us with our luggage and brought us fresh fruit to the hotel room.

Thank you everyone for making our Mombasa stay so lovely!
