The staff members were fantastic. Thanks for their wonderful hospitality and for taking good care of me especially those in the restaurant on the P floor including but not limited to Faith, Ashley, Esther, Patreshy, Mwana Siti, Mercy. Thanks to the security team on the main entrance and Swaleh and Fidelis. See you again soon.

Perfect
Pros:

The one staff at restaurant who name is Ms Gloria she is very good hospitality and service. Every time when I think I want to take an another beer she always asked me another one.
Also I don’t have lighter to take cigarettes she gave me.
But not only her.
All hotel staffs are so much kindly and having very nice hospitality.
Also facility is very nice especially GYM is nice!! Totally I was so happy to stay this hotel. I’m seriously to recommend to stay here.

I loved the location and the breakfast is diverse(I liked trying Swahili cuisine, definitely add Vitumbua on the breakfast Swahili buffet it’s a must try for people who’d like to try Swahili food). Sylvia gave good tips for gems in Mombasa, she’s really kind and warm personality The lady at the gym went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed especially towards my mother(sadly I didn’t catch her name but she was there on the 15th May early morning).

Cons:

Would be nice if you provided toothbrush and toothpaste like every hotel of your standard. The playlist during breakfast, please people coming on holiday must we listen to religious music? It would’ve been okay if it was once or twice but during the whole 4 days the same religious musics from 6am to 10am. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay.
