Très bien
Pros:

Personnel très gentil et aidant.
La chambre était très bien
Bien localisé

Cons:

L’environnement de la piscine est minuscule. Peu d’espace peu de chaise mais La piscine est très bien. Nous l’avons apprécié car il faisait très chaud

Great hotel in Mombasa.
Pros:

Lovely staff, love the bar/restaurant with entertainment. Good location a short Tuk Tuk ride away from Mombasa old town.

Отличный отель, охрана на входе, близко автобусная станция, вокзал, аэропорт. Прекрасный уютный ресторан, есть индийский ресторан, бассейн. Номера комфортные, удобный матрац, подушки, чистое бельё, халаты и тапочки. тихий кондиционер. Фрукты в номер.

Cons:

Утром не работал лифт, пришлось с чемоданами идти по лестнице, хорошо у нас был второй этаж, а не десятый .

Excellent breakfast.Great,friendly staff.

A true test is how the staff handles something that goes wrong, but is out of their control. The elevator broke, while we were in it after our 1:30 am check in. We were trapped for about 30 minutes while the hotel employee with us tried to contact someone to get us out. We received apologies and offers for help that night. The next morning, there were no excuses, only more apologies and acceptance of responsibility. The manager met with us when we checked out, to offer her apologies along with a parting gift. It was a class act all around.
