staff are awesome,specially hose keeping guy.and then front office guy.They were so helpful.

I made a mistake while booking so I had to book 2 days and I arrived 1 day in advance so I had to book with them directly.

Checking-in process was ok, the room was full of smoke like someone has just left the room.

The bed wasn’t good and comfy at all I woke up with pain in my back.

The buffet was ok but the waiter kept on asking to put the mask on(bar the foreign people of course l!!)

My friend showed up at my room to say hello and the security guy (African guy) acted like he was undercover mafia at the left with us as later on the recipient called to tell me that you brought someone at your room send him back and ask him to present his ID lol what a joke!

OTHER INCIDENT! When I asked for disposable cutlery and they asked me to pay 10 dirhams for deposit hahah.

Overall, l will never come back to this hotel please seek other options around the area cause it’s really good.

Terrible experience as the whole hotel was running by unprofessional and unqualified bunch of people.

I booked a non smoking room yet the air coming into my room from the ventilation system was full of cigarette smoke smell every night all night, i suffocated

I lost my usb hub .i called them and talked tk receotiin because I'm sure i forgot it there . And i told them to call me back but nobody called me back !

It was nice to stay in the hotel.Neighborhood was also pleasant

It was pleasant stay, Everything was neat and tidy. The bed was comfortable, so was the amenities. 3-4 mins from Mall of Emirates.

My only problem was how the water spilled out from the shower into bathroom floor.

The staff at the receptions was very kind and polite during checkin and checkout, I believe one one them was marylyn.
The price paid is fantastic considering the vicinity.

The rooms and beds were very comfortable and the hotel is very close to the Mall of the Emirates which is great, it literally takes 5 minutes to walk there. The reason I marked it down was that it's very close to another Citymax Hotel but has a weird address which appears to very hard for taxis to find which is annoying, it really needs to do something about that. Also when we were leaving I specifically requested a Dubai state metered taxi and they got me yet another rip-off taxi cab who I assume they get paid for using - not acceptable and why I probably would not stay there again.

City max Al Barsha is a gem right in the centre of Al Barsha, having nice restaurants, grocery stores nearby and above all the Mall of Emirates is just a 5 minute walk. The hotel staff is excellent and the rooms are spacious and in immaculate condition. The breakfast has many choices and the quality of food is very good. I loved my stay here and I would surely recommend anyone visiting Dubai to stay here. You will not be disappointed for sure.
