relaxing time where the staff make dure your needs are covered

location to beautiful neighbourhood , great staff that let us leave our bags there for the day while we explored the city

Great location for female solo travel
Pros:

The location is great, I felt very safe in that neighborhood, also there are plenty of restaurants and markets around and a train station.

Cons:

I just didn’t like the mattress, it was quite hard and the aircon had a squeaky noise, I had to sleep with earplugs as my days were very busy and I didn’t have time to ask for a room change.

El confort de la habitación es excelente. La atención del personal fue excelente. Muy atentos y bien dispuestos. La ubicación inmejorable a dos cuadras del Costanera Center.

Localização excelente para utilização do metro, rápido acesso ao shopping, mercados, fast foods, restaurantes e conveniências.

Os funcionários são solícitos e prestativos, quando precisamos eles se dispuseram a ajudar.

A cama é super macia e confortável, o chuveiro é incrível. O banheiro é lindo e tem uma banheira para relaxar.

Cons:

O café da manhã possuía itens limitados e sempre iguais, para nós que ficamos 6 dias se tornou bem enjoativo.

A televisão não é smart e definitivamente poderia ter acesso a alguns apps de streaming.

Fez falta um microondas e uma cafeteira simples pois a alimentação no Chile é bem cara. Não havia copos, taças, ou garrafinha de água a disposição no quarto.

El personal de recepció i menjador. L'esmorzar es basic peroʻ esta bo excepte el café.
La ubicació aprop de transport public, centres comercials i restaurants.
Donada l'estada llarga ens van donar una habitació millor.
