O melhor do hotel é a localização, muito próxima ao metrô, Costanera Center e principais pontos de Santiago. O hotel é antigo, mas possui boa estrutura com quarto amplo. Café da manhã é básico, mas é Ok. Atendimento sempre que solicitado atendeu.

Cons:

Pontos negativos, muitos hoteis providenciam café da manhã em sacolinha para os passeios que saem mais cedo do horário de abertura, mas não foi o caso do Hotel Stanford que disse que não fazem isso. Foi um ponto bem negativo e ajuda muito os hóspedes. Outro ponto, a limpeza deixou a desejar um pouco, pois um dia esqueceram de deixar toalhas, outro dia houve um problema na mecânica do vaso sanitário.

Satisfeito. Localização ótima!
Pros:

Localização perfeita, andei a pé todos os dias! Muito próximo ao Costanera Center, MUT, mercados, farmácias e vários restaurantes. Bairro super tranquilo, bonito e seguro!

Cons:

O quarto (principalmente banheiro) é um pouco pequeno, poderia ser maior pra ficar mais confortável. Mas atendeu super bem as necessidades, água quente, aquecedor, cama confortável.
