Pros:

Fina och välstädade rum. Okej utbud på frukosten. Gångavstånd till restauranger mm. Vi fick hjälp att boka aktiviteter genom hotellet

Cons:

Ventilationen var kanske inte den bästa. Det blir lätt fuktigt i rummet, så det är en bra idé att ha fönstren öppna och ha fläkten igång

Pros:

Notre chambre était spacieuse, décoration minimaliste. Ils mettent du bon thé à disposition ainsi que des masques pour le visage, ce qui est assez agréable. Le lit était ferme mais malgré tout confortable. Le personnel était charmant, j’avais oublié mon chapeau sur les marches devant l’hôtel et ils l’ont mis de coter jusqu’à mon retour.

Cons:

Il n’y pas d’air co à proprement parler, juste un ventilateur qui est censé souffler de l’air froid… Et le petit déjeuner n’est pas très bon pour être honnête.

Over acceptable, bed is comfy. The staff is helpful and friendly. Good customer service.

Cons:

Twin bed room size a bit small.
After room service, no refill what had been used. Limited choice of breakfast 🍳☕🍞

Possibly the best hotel we stayed in during our trip
Pros:

The hotel itself is beautiful. The common areas are nicely decorated and with lots of places to sit.
We had an issue with our room cause there was a construction right outside our window starting every day at 6am and we got another room after 2 days. The staff is super helpful and polite. We also loved the breakfast, it ticked all our boxes (vegan and vegetarian here!). It's only a walking distance from all the main attractions. I would happily come back to this hotel.

Great location on a quiet street
Pros:

Located in a great spot, a quiet street in the middle of the city.
The staff were lovely and easy to communicate with.
The room itself was on the smaller side but had all the essentials including a kettle, fan and mini fridge.
I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend others to stay here too.

Cons:

The walls were pretty thin, I could hear doors being slammed and conversations from other floors.

Loved eclectic decor, was very relaxing.
Extra thanks to Vy who was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs

Cons:

Needed more bathroom shelving/storage for toiletries and would be nice to have some form of portion separating shower and toilet. But overall great.

Spacious room with comfortable bath experience!
Pros:

Room come with a small balcony is fantastic! Breakfast was acceptable and location is great for going to the night market. The hot water supply for the bathroom is the best experience so far!

A fabulous hotel stay with a room we looked forward returning too each day
Pros:

We are in our 50’s, been travelling for 2 months and this hotel was one of the best we’ve stayed in.

I’d recommend selecting a ‘superior’ room over standard as they are much lighter, more roomy and come with a small balcony. We felt well worth the small additional cost.

Rooms were clean and had speciality tea. The decor throughout the hotel was ‘wood’ with solid wood furniture and carvings throughout.

The staff were friendly and helpful even finding us a good dentist!

We ate breakfast on the sunny terrace connected to the dining area.

Pros:

Nice hotel and very friendly staff, i forgot my passport there and the staff did everything they could to return it to me while i was allready in another city, and i got it back, thank you. Good breakfast too

Cons:

My room got very moist after taking a shower, all my stuff got a little bit moist and the windows became foggy. It stayed that way all night, only after keeping windows open several hours it stopped, but that’s not good since the bugs get in.
