Sehr schönes Strandabteil abgelegen in einer Bucht.
Liegen im Zimmerpreis mit inbegriffen.
Sehr freundliches Personal (Rezeption und Putzfrau)
Parkplätze direkt vor der Unterkunft. Würde das Hotel aber nur mit Mietwagen empfehlen.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war leider gar nicht gut. Es gab nur Toastbrot und auf Nachfrage hatten Sie keine Butter oder Honig. Der Kaffee war in Ordnung.
Preise an der Strandbar sind zu teuer.
Die Matratze im Zimmer war zu hart.

Tudo! A Albânia realmente não é um país de primeiro mundo, de todo. Não conhecia e tivemos alguma dificuldade em eleger o hotel, entre Ksamil e Sarandë, claro que para tentar chegar a uma boa escolha na relação preço qualidade. Elegemos então o Mucobega e apesar de ver bastantes críticas positivas, não entendo como, porque não verdade o que se pode aproveitar um bocadinho daqui é a praia. Fomos completamente enganados com as fotos muito bem trabalhadas. Creio que no geral será tudo muito parecido. Estamos a fazer os Bálcãs e os hotéis no geral são fracos e não correspondem as estrelas que estão classificados! Vou colocar alguns vídeos e fotos. Porque não é justo as pessoas chegarem aqui e se depararem com uma realidade competamente diferente do que se vem à espera. Oferece muito pouco, a envolvente é desesperante, como podem ver nas fotos, a piscina e a sua zona é muito pequena, temos de sair do nosso hotel e ir até ao hotel do lado para tomar o pequeno-almoço, que por sua vez é muito fraco e a envolvente do hotel é para chorar! Só tem uma coisa boa, é muito silencioso, a vizinhança não incomoda (cemitério 🤦🏽‍♂️). A internet não funciona!!

Pros:

חוף פרטי ובריכה שזה תענוג, ארוחת בוקר במלון השני שהייתה עשירה וטעימה.
היינו בערך 4 חדרים במלון שזה גם מאוד נחמד ושומר על השקט.

Cons:

ביוב שמוזרם ליד החוף הפרטי כמו בהרבה מקומות באלבניה.
אפשר לשלם באשראי אבל מחייבים במטבע המקומי לפי שער מאוד גבוה

Чистотата беше на ниво.
WI-FI навсякъде в комплекса беше отличен.
Много зеленина,чист плаж.
Стандартна континентална закуска.

The beach was nice

Cons:

The staff didn’t have a set time on when they cleaned the room they would sometimes clean in the morning other times show up at 5pm knowing that there is a high chance people will be in their room by then and would hardly knock just walk into you being naked. Breakfast didn’t have much if a variety of options, and prices where ridiculously high more expensive than going central saranda to a restaurant.

Pros:

A praia de Mucobega é praticamente do hotel, é bem bonita, uma delícia passar o dia lá, as cadeiras e guarda-sol são livres para os hóspedes, com exceção de umas que se paga à parte. A piscina do hotel também é bem gostosa.

Cons:

A praia por ser privada poderia ser melhor cuidada pelo hotel, tem bastante bituca de cigarro pelo chão.

Pure Arnaque et en plus dégueulasse !!!

L'emplacement et absolument rien d'autre tout le reste fut une horreur.

À ÉVITER ABSOLUMENT!!!

Voici le détail zone par zone.

L'accueil : Personnel pas du tout à la hauteur, et pas du tout serviable.
On s'est littéralement moqué de moi quand j'ai demandé si par hazard il avait un trombone à me dépanner.

La chambre : pas propre avec des traces de moisissure dans la salle de bain et des poils partout, avec une fuite permanente des toilettes et de la douche. Serviettes de bain complètement déchirées. Une insonorisation horrible et des bruits de canalisation qui vous réveille la nuit.

La piscine : je n'ai jamais vu ça, vous n'osez même pas marcher pied nu tellement c'est dégueulasse autour de la piscine, nous sommes restés 3 nuits et cela n'a jamais été nettoyé, alors qu'il est écrit qu'il est interdit de manger à la piscine, vous trouvez des chips, des fruits écrasés, des serviettes papiers qui jonches le sol, avec un sol noir de poussière ... Il n'y a pas de douche du coup les Albanais on remontant de la plage trouvent ça normal de rincer leurs tongs dans la piscine!!! Juste INCROYABLE !!! Et pour finir, il y a la vue de la piscine qui est gâché par un bâtiment en construction abandonné.

La plage : TOUT EST ABSOLUMENT DÉGUEULASSE... UNE HONTE !!! Comme vous le verrai sur les photos, les housses de matelas ne sont jamais nettoyées, on à l'impression que des gens on chier dessus tellement c'est sale, des tas de transat sont cassés, il y des mégots absolument partout, les poubelles de la plage sont horribles... Bref nous avons été obligé de payer des transats sur un hôtel familial à côté (siro beach) pour trouver un peu de calme et de propreté.

Le petit déjeuner : Ah le fameux "Italian breakfast" comme c'est écrit sur leur fiche, je le cherche encore.
