The owner and her daughter were really helpful. The room was clean and nice, best for those who want a peaceful environment.

De accommodatie moet erg nodig gerenoveerd worden, de kamer werd tussen door niet schoongemaakt. De douchkop en stang waren wit uitgeslagen van de kalk. Behang zat los in de kamer. Misschien als je een kamer boven hebt, maar wij hadden degene beneden, is er erg veel geluid hinder van het verkeer.

We had awesome days staying there

The room is excellent for the price you pay. Bed is good, room is clean and quite, air conditioning, free bottles of water, small fridge, hot shower. You just sleep in the room because nothing else around it. Small family shops are near by for snacks drinks, and very good Thai fried chicken not too far. Restaurant not near but not too far either, can walk to it if you want. The archeological sites aren't too far, but not near either and you can't walk to them. If you are with car or motorbike that is your place. In alternative you can book a funny tuk tuk service that can take you around Ayutthaya for a fair price. I recommend for price-quality in particularly if you want a good room for three people.

The host is so helpful and friendly, the property is clean and airy with a homely feel. We felt very comfortable. The breakfast was basic but absolutely fine and set us up for the day.
The property is located a short distance out of the city centre in a quiet street with lovely locals. The bicycles make exploring Ayutthaya so much fun and makes local restaurants and eateries easily accessible. Highly recommend, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here with my boyfriend for 3 days. Great place and with the the most helpfull owner. Its small and family-run and you can use tje bikes for free. The owner will help you with transport information and much more. Thanks for a great stay.

My room was sparkling clean, and this was true of the bathroom also, but the shower head looked kind of corroded and the appearance of this really put me off. Nevertheless, the shower worked adequately. Also, there were these two black bugs in my room, but they were not moving. They were kind of squirming helplessly as if they had been subjected to some sort of insecticide. At any rate, I noticed that in front of the mouth of one there was a pincher-like appendage, Needless to say, I considered that kind of ominous. If there had been just one bug maybe I would have just shrugged it off, but two seems like it could not be a coincidence. For that reason alone I cannot recommend the hotel.

Nice Hotel, but the actual location is not where the map location shows on their google map. The tuk tuk driver told us this hotel recently moved to a different area after we arrived in Ayuthya. It is sort of isolated from the main parts of the city. No tuk tuks or taxi there you must get hotel receptionist to call for one.

It is situated in kind of a rundown residential area along the road that is not safe to walk on. There is garbage all along the road, pigs eating the garbage and stray dogs everywhere. There is no transportation and less you’re lucky enough to hail a taxi on the way bye. I guess it would be OK if you had a car but we did not

구글지도에도 안나오는 에매한 숙소라 찾아가는데 애를 먹었음. 밤 야시장 용기내어 걸어가다가 개들이 덤벼서, 걷는 길이 없어, 차, 오토바이 등에도 위험했음.
