It is a very quiet and quaint hotel with the Mexican vibe. The staff were super friendly. The location was maybe 10 minute walk to the town square. Very nice.

Pros:

Most beautiful garden area around the pool and comfortable furniture. The rooms are accessible through this area. Very tranquil. Great vibe. Terraces are also beautiful common areas.

Had a nice stay, however I was disappointed that the coffee to put in the coffee pot was instant coffee not coffee grounds. Further the powder carnations cream was and there was no milk. The windows are not tight and the staff arrives very early and can be heard talking loudly which did not allow for sleep past 7am! I would stay here again for sure, but these are just some minor issues I would like to draw attention to.

Posada is a fine place to stay, reasonable, and clean, but San Blas is a dangerous place to visit. The police chief targets foreigners and can legally detain you in jail for 48 hours.

Incredible staff. I really wish I would have gotten the woman’s name that attended us because she was amazing. She was probably the friendliest and kindest person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.
This place is about a 10 min walk from the city center. It has a nice pool that was incredibly clean. I like this place because it has a set up where it encourages guests to hang around the pool area, which some people did.
I would definitely stay here again.
