Best time in San Martin de Los Andes, highly recommended
Pros:

Incredible view, really breathtaking! Breakfast was perfect and complete. Staff was very helpful and nice, thanks to Cecilia. Very prepared and reactive when a problem appeared as hot water temporary not available on a day.

Cons:

The road to reach the hotel might be tricky but the view can make you forget.

Pros:

Etwas abglegen auf dem Hang mit tollem Blick über die Seen. Das Hotel ist in einem vom Restaurant entfernten Haus. Frühstück gibt es in der Aussichtskanzel mit leckerem Omelett.
Abends, wenn die Tagestouristen weg sind wird es sehr ruhig. Genügend Parkraum vorhanden.

Zimmer fast luxuriös ausgestattet im Stile der 60er Jahre.

Ich hatte Sonderangebot von booking und war damit seht zufrieden

La vista lejos lo mejor. El mejor atardecer del sur se vive en la habitación 1 y las instalaciones de lujo. Había de todo e impecable. Y es una caja de sorpresas: hay una radio increíble, un hornito, la gente es muuuuy cálida y buena onda.

Cons:

Las tablas del deck que dan a la vista muy dejadas y la ruta para llegar está poco mantenida pero entendemos que excede al hotel en si.

Casa de té versus hostería
Pros:

La ubicación de la hostería dentro del parque nacional lanin y la vista del lago lacar son insuperables

Cons:

En la hostería no hay personal que atienda las consultas ni a los huéspedes. Solicite una factura A el día del check in y hasta la fecha no la emitieron. El predio de la hostería carece de seguridad. Las pérgolas y Miradores carecen de barandas seguras, lo cual en zonas de altura, es muy riesgoso para niños. El servicio de limpieza sólo tiende más camas, nada más. No limpian el piso por ejemplo. La hostería carece de servicios a la habitación. Se evidencia una deficiencia en la atención de la hostería. El 100% del personal se dedica a atender la casa de té, dado que reciben a diario a cientos de visitantes y comensales. Si le dedicaran la misma atención e inversión a la hostería, sería el mejor hospedaje de San Martin de los Andes, dado que la ubicación y las vistas son espectaculares.
Cómo último aporte, quisiera manifestar que a mí y a mi familia nos molestó que el día domingo el personal de limpieza consumió una bebida energizante que estaba en la heladera de la habitación, la cual habíamos comprado para el viaje de regreso en vehículo. Esperábamos un mejor servicio, dado el precio costoso del hospedaje
