Pros:

La vista lejos lo mejor. El mejor atardecer del sur se vive en la habitación 1 y las instalaciones de lujo. Había de todo e impecable. Y es una caja de sorpresas: hay una radio increíble, un hornito, la gente es muuuuy cálida y buena onda.

Cons:

Las tablas del deck que dan a la vista muy dejadas y la ruta para llegar está poco mantenida pero entendemos que excede al hotel en si.

Casa de té versus hostería
Pros:

La ubicación de la hostería dentro del parque nacional lanin y la vista del lago lacar son insuperables

Cons:

En la hostería no hay personal que atienda las consultas ni a los huéspedes. Solicite una factura A el día del check in y hasta la fecha no la emitieron. El predio de la hostería carece de seguridad. Las pérgolas y Miradores carecen de barandas seguras, lo cual en zonas de altura, es muy riesgoso para niños. El servicio de limpieza sólo tiende más camas, nada más. No limpian el piso por ejemplo. La hostería carece de servicios a la habitación. Se evidencia una deficiencia en la atención de la hostería. El 100% del personal se dedica a atender la casa de té, dado que reciben a diario a cientos de visitantes y comensales. Si le dedicaran la misma atención e inversión a la hostería, sería el mejor hospedaje de San Martin de los Andes, dado que la ubicación y las vistas son espectaculares.
Cómo último aporte, quisiera manifestar que a mí y a mi familia nos molestó que el día domingo el personal de limpieza consumió una bebida energizante que estaba en la heladera de la habitación, la cual habíamos comprado para el viaje de regreso en vehículo. Esperábamos un mejor servicio, dado el precio costoso del hospedaje

Excelente lugar para descansar y desconectar
Pros:

El lugar en su totalidad. La vista que tienen las habitaciones son espectaculares . El predio donde uno puede caminar en paz y tranquilidad y está perfectamente separado la casa de te y su público de quienes nos albergamos en sus habitaciones y eso me parece espectacular. Amé como cuidan a sus mascotas el negrito y el gatito que son un amor. Excelente todo . El personal es súper amable y amoroso. Desde la señora que nos preparaba el desayuno más espectacular hasta los chicos de la casa de te que son súper amables y cordiales también!!! Volveré sin lugar a dudas. Fueron mi refugio antes de ascender el Lanin y fue todo super lindo y mágico, gracias a todos. Me han hecho muy feliz! A destacar que internet y el agua caliente es excelente todo el tiempo! Y a destacar la pastelería de ese lugar!

Cons:

Si hay algo que podría sugerir, es el tema colchones. Pero solo eso. El resto es todo para destacar positivamente.

Fantastic in every way!
Pros:

The location is fantastic! The drive (about 15 minutes) on a dirt road is well worth it. (A sign on the road would be a nice addition to let you know you are going in the right direction). Our host Carla was so welcoming and helped us with reservations to the adjacent iconic Tea house. The room is cozy, clean and comfortable. The view is amazing and it is so quiet and peaceful.

Lugar muito bonito. Vista incrível. Chalé com uma vista incrível. Tem a casa de chá mais antiga da patagonia ao lado. Vc pode agendar um horário p tomar um chá. Aqueles doces q vc vê nas fotos eh da casa de chá. O café eh mais simples, porém completo. O chalé muito confortável tem de tudo. Muito agradável.. importante ressaltar que precisa de carro p chegar até lá

Pros:

Was eine tolle Überraschung. Wir hatten eine Hütte mit Blick über den See von der Terrasse und vom Bett aus. Irre schön. Alles sauber, sehr gute Dusche. Freundliches Personal, gutes, leckeres Frühstück. Minibar vorhanden.

Cons:

10 Minuten Schotterstraße den Berg hoch, das hat sich aber gelohnt. Gegen 2.30 h wurden wir durch lautes, langes Hundegebell der auf dem Grundstück freilaufenden Hunde geweckt. Ich hatte zum Glück Ohrenstöpsel neben dem Bett.
