The outdoor seating area was great.

I have to say, I have stayed here multiple times and this week for 3 days! Kyle who works at the front desk is amazing! He surely seems to be one of the only people who are constantly working and stocking and has been extremely helpful. There has been another gentlemen that works the breakfast station in the morning who has been consistently fighting with the pancake maker! But Kyle has been amazing! I love his drive and eagerness to help and be helpful!!! Thank you! I truly enjoyed my stay and Kyle needs a raise!!!

Pleasantly surprised! Room was small, but more than adequate. Quiet. Clean. Breakfast was excellent, area kept clean. Lobby open 24 hrs with microwave and food options if you were hungry at nite. Magazines available. Loved the colors and decorations.

Everything was great

Excellent hotel experience. Very clean and modern. Very nice continental breakfast in the morning. Check in was a breeze as was check out. Very well lit parking lot and with ample parking for autos. I like that it was easy on/off the interstate highway but not right next to it for reduced road noise. The shower was strong and the water hot.

The room was very useful and cost conscience. The breakfast was good as the proteins were fresh and hot. The lobby was clean and roomy. The shower was hot and bed comfortable.

Requested a room on top floor, which turned out to be a mistake. Apparently the AC units are on roof above top floor rooms. It was very noisy, even the walls vibrated from the sound. We were able to move to third floor. Girl at front desk was very accomadating.

Tru had a great breakfast, very clean lobby and rooms, a fun pool. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends. Great stay.

We had a wonderful stay great breakfast the lady in there was super friendly and bubbly. The pool was super clear and clean and our kids enjoyed it very much. Very friendly atmosphere and convient to everything.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Upon arrival, our first room had an ant infestation. I was offered the option to have it sprayed or to switch rooms. We chose to switch, only to find that the second room had an even worse ant problem. When I brought this to Rebekah's attention, she asked me to come to the front desk and remarked that this would be the third room we were being moved to. She also stated that if the third room wasn’t to our satisfaction, we would need to consider another hotel.
To make matters worse, the manager was out of town and I was told that changing hotels wouldn’t warrant any further follow-up or contact from them. My young son even woke up with ants crawling on him—completely unacceptable and unsanitary.
The service we received was incredibly poor, and the response to a clear pest issue was dismissive. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Please also be cautious about overly positive reviews, as they may not reflect the reality of the experience. Photos attached for reference.
