Great apartment and a superb host
Pros:

The apartment was spotless clean, big modern kitchen with large refrigerator, plenty od towels much appreciated. The garage is large and a nice addition in freezing winter days. Richard is very hospitable, quick to respond to any questions. The bus to the slopes stops right in front of the house which is also very convenient. Only 4 minutes drive to the Piz La Ila gondola lift.

adoro la presenza di tapparelle elettriche per poter dormire al buio, se si vuole.

Cons:

la potenza del wifi che è un po' lento ed a volte si blocca.

I recommend it!
Pros:

The apartment was wonderful – very spacious, cozy, and had everything we needed. There were towels, shampoo, and all the kitchen essentials. Good parking, perfect location to stay, if you plan to visit Seceda, Val di Funes, Lago di Braeis, Aloe di Siusi and etc.
The host was super friendly and caring, which made our stay even nicer. I’d definitely recommend this place!

Goed uitgerust maar ongezellig en gehorig.
Pros:

Wij hadden het appartement met terras en twee slaapkamers. De keuken was volledig uitgerust en van alle gemakken voorzien. De slaapkamers boden veel ruimte, goede bedden en genoeg opbergruimte. Parkeren kon gemakkelijk bij de accommodatie.

Cons:

Het appartement viel wat tegen. De inrichting is sober en mist warmte waardoor het binnen nogal kil aanvoelt. De woonkamer is uitsluitend verlicht met TL-lampen, wat niet bijdraagt aan de sfeer. De wifi-verbinding is instabiel en valt regelmatig weg. De douchecabine is erg klein waardoor bewegen lastig is. In de woonkamer staat geen bank maar een bed, wat een vreemde en onpraktische keuze lijkt. De buitenruimte is beperkt tot een pad langs het gebouw, wat weinig toevoegt. Daarnaast is het appartement gehorig; je hoort de buren duidelijk praten en lopen. De locatie is ook niet ideaal: het ligt aan een drukke weg en winkels of restaurants zijn alleen met de auto of na een flinke wandeling te bereiken.

Great time in Dolomites
Pros:

Everything was great, the location, 5 minutes from corvara or abadía’s lift, the personal, the hotel, everything at all.

Cons:

It was a very little noisy between rooms but Iaeake very early and in this country everyone goes to bed very early more in winter time.
