The staff - they were wonderful!

Pros:

Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est très bon.
Les chambres sont confortables, il manque juste un petit réfrigérateur
Le personnel est serviable et souriant
La piscine est un peu petite mais ça reste agréable après une longue marche pour visiter

It’s good for a overnight stay with no need for breakfast
Pros:

The waiters at the roof bar

Cons:

Food wise, just 50% of the menus was available.
No gluten free food, except corn flakes.
Room service just came when they wanted to and cleaned just partially the room. Soap wasn’t filled up, wet towel were take but not replaced etc

Cons:

Hadden de andere locatie van het hotel geboekt vanwege het zwembad en de ruime kamer. Aangekomen vertelde men ons dat we op de andere locatie moesten zijn zonder opgaaf van reden. Kregen een kleine binnenkamer zonder raam boven was een klein zwembad ter grote van een badkuip. Ter compensatie kregen we 1 ontbijt. De kamer was vies. Bloed van de vorige slaper nog op het kussen. Kamer werd de volgende dag niet schoon gemaakt. Bij navraag kregen we wel handdoeken maar geen nieuw water. Niet boeken dus

Cons:

The hotel is execrable. Dirty rooms, visible mold, unbearable smell, and a complete lack of hygiene. We left the hotel after only 2 hours as it was impossible to stay there for health reasons. Although the manager initially promised a refund, he later stopped responding to messages. We eventually recovered our money only after contacting the competent authorities. Do not recommend under any circumstances.

Good room, better staff but the food let’s it down a bit.
Pros:

Nice room, and very friendly staff.

Cons:

The food was a bit inconsistent. And feels like a places where they need to dial that part in a bit. The food definitely wasn’t bad, but for the price, I expected better.

Great hotel with rooftop pool
Pros:

The hotel was really lovely after a very busy 3 weeks the staff are really lovely and couldn't do enough for us ,the rooms are large with a fridge, safe very comfy beds and the best shower I've had in Sri Lanka The roof top bar gives you fantastic views of Colombo theres a great bar and restaurant up there to the pool manager is lovely, explained to us what everything was around us .I don't think that the breakfast was worth $10 for the choice that was there as I don't drink coffee or eat eggs maybe if you do might be an option for you but we had breakfast in the Cafe downstairs which was delicious, we would definitely stay here again 10 out if 10 ,thank you
