Awful experience!

The location was convenient.

Cons:

Very poor experience. We had sent one message via booking and two emails directly to the hotel before our arrival, confirming timings and the twin bed booking and they never replied. Upon arrival we were informed they had no twi beds (they only told us after they made us pay!!) and also that there was no ither option!!!! The room they ended up giving us was dirty, the carpet was burnt in some areas! Awful breakfast and awful customer service!

Good stay, great value for money
Pros:

Friendly staff that are willing to genuinely help, good clean rooms and common areas. Great rooftop seating area, bar and infinity pool.

Cons:

Location was a bit away from the happening spots. Nothing around the property for a good meal/drink

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference. I especially want to appreciate the security staff and the luggage assistant—they were both very helpful and kind throughout my stay.

The food was good, and the location is very convenient, making it easy to get around. One of the highlights for me was the rooftop pool—it was a great place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

Cons:

One downside was the lack of flexibility from management. I came there for busuiness trip, one was morning and other one was afternoon. I had requested late check-in and late check-out in advance and was willing to pay, but this was not accommodated, even though the hotel was not very busy. I admit I missed their latest message, which may have contributed to the issue, but overall it still disrupted my plans. with bad climate, I had to find another place for my family to stay for the next five hours.

Cons:

Bei meiner Ankunft um 20 Uhr wurde mit nach langem Rumdrucksen erklärt, dass mein Zimmer renoviert wird und nicht belegt werden kann. Man hatte vergessen mich zu informieren. Dann konnte ich mir nachts eine neue Unterkunft suchen.

Très bon séjour et personnel très arrangeant.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien équipé avec du personnel très gentil et dispo.
La chambre était très spacieuse.
Le summum le rooftop avec sa piscine. Par cette chaleur c’était vraiment top.
Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages et profiter de la piscine jusqu’à notre départ en fin d’après-midi pour l’aéroport.
