I liked the work of the stuff. Actually the front desk. It was very nice and polite.
Moreover, i enjoied the neighbourhood: i really like this location: not far from the bus stops and good breackfast places.
I didn't realize, because it was just one night.
May be I'd like to have robe and paper tissues. But that just me.
Very friendly and helpful staff, the room was very clean, spacious snd furnished to a high standard.

The door is very difficult to lock.
During my trip to Tbilisi I stayed at the Best Western hotel two times due to the break that I took to visit my friend’s wedding.
The first time I arrived long before the actual check in time, however as the staff knew I was travelling the whole night without the sleep I was provided a room right when I arrived in the early morning. Unfortunately, the actual room dedicated was still occupied, however after about 10 minutes another room was ready for me. The room was organised by Nika. He was very polite and friendly. Thank you a lot!
The second time when I arrived after the wedding and was given a room I did not find it truly suitable due to some personal reasons and I asked Dimitri to provide me another room if possible even if it is going to be smaller. He did his best and provided me another room a few hours after my request. He is a very smiling and positive person. Thank you for your help with my room request!
I also would like to highlight the room service team. I saw them many times and they were always smiling and ready to help. It was a pleasure to have small chats with any of them.
Good place to stay with a good team that works there!
