Если бы не холод в номере то все было бы идеально
Pros:

Номера хорошие. Расположение тоже.персонал быстро реагирует на замечания и пожелания.ресторан при отели очень хороший вкусно готовят и недорого. Девушка владющая русским языком молодец не запомнил имя. Очень внимательная к постояльцам

Cons:

Не работал кондер было холодно,но не во всех номерах. В других номерах было тепло.

Pros:

Очень чисто, красиво, уютно. Туалет чистый, большая душ-кабина, супер напор воды. Есть балкончик со столиками и огромный шкаф, где куча полок. Расположение отличное! Рядом остановка, откуда в любые направления едут автобусы, в том числе и в аэропорт. Завтрак не пробовали, не знаем. Обязательно вернемся при следующем визите!

Cons:

Единственный минус - в 307 номере не работал кондиционер на тепло. Было холодно (середина марта). Увидели в коридоре мини плитку, попросили, нам принесли ее. Все 5 дней включали только ее, но согревала кое-как. Два раза попросили исправить систему, на что ответа к сожалению не получили. Отель отличный по цене и качеству, надеюсь исправят эту проблему.

I suppose when I choose the name - Best Western Hotel it will mean the quality. But unfortunately totally not!

When I booked 2 rooms I asked for rooms close to each other and I had email confirmation about that, but in reality the rooms are located in different levels. During registration, the guy at the reception confused all the names and made mistakes in the documents...

Photos of the rooms on the website do not match reality. In the second room there was a cobweb above the bed. In the evening we asked the reception about several more bottles of water, but the guy in the reception says that this is impossible..

We arrived later in the evening, my room was not clean and it had a very strong smell of cigarettes, in the bathroom I had the strong swamp smell.

The lock of the door of the second room was broken and not working properly....it seems it was broken or cut....

The TV screen in my room is not working also. I tried to call reception (24x7) but nobody picked up the phone.

In the bathroom the hot water is available only, but if I wish to have a cold it is impossible. There is old carpet on the floor, the only good thing is the comfortable bed and anti-allergenic bed linen, but against the background of the room saturated with the smell of tobacco and mud, this loses all meaning.

In the morning when we were sitting in the hotel bar where nothing was working, you couldn’t even drink coffee or a bottle of water, a girl came in and turned on loud music, we asked her to turn it down or turn it off, but she said that this was not possible.... Do you think this is normal?

Georgia has always been famous for its warmth and hospitality - but this hotel and its service are definitely not!

For this money you can find a small nice art hotel in the same area. With nice rooms and caring staff.

Dear hotel management, this is simply not respectful for the client who arrives tired and just wants a clean room, cup of coffee and rest!

Pros:

Бюджетный (из больших комплексов) но качественный вариант если нужен доступ на Vake а тратить кучу денег не хочется

Cons:

Шумно конечно если окна на улицу (не критично) для взрослых но присутствует. Если с детьми берите номера с окнами во двор.
