Maalesef otele giriş yapamadım. Bu durum beni büyük bir hayal kırıklığına uğrattı.

Ben gerekli bilgileri önceden tarafınıza iletmiştim. Ancak bana hiçbir bilgilendirme yapılmadı. Hesabımdan üç gecelik konaklama ücretinin tamamı ve ayrıca ceza bedeli herhangi bir ön bilgilendirme yapılmadan tahsil edilmiştir.

Hesabımdan oda ücreti kesilmesine itiraz etmiyorum. Benim itiraz ettiğim konu, bu işlem öncesinde hiçbir bilgilendirme yapılmamış olmasıdır. Önceden bilgi verilmiş olsaydı, benim için süreci yönetmek çok daha kolay olurdu. Ne yazık ki bu konuda bilgilendirme zahmetinde dahi bulunulmamıştır.

Giriş tarihim ayın 18’iydi. Ayın 18’i gece saat 12:00 olmadan hem konaklama ücretinin tamamı hem de ek olarak ceza bedeli hesabımdan tahsil edilmiştir.

Bu uygulamanın doğru bir yaklaşım olduğunu düşünmüyorum. Uzun yıllar otel sektöründe çalışmış biri olarak bu süreçlerin nasıl yürütülmesi gerektiğini çok iyi biliyorum. Misafirlerin hesaplarından herhangi bir ücret veya ceza tahsil edilmeden önce mutlaka bilgilendirilmeleri gerekir.

Cons:

Одноместная комната была слишком маленькой, кондер дул прям на меня. Телевизор не работал. Отелю нужна ренновация. Если проживаете вдвоем, то лучше рассмотреть варианты чуть дороже, но из сетки отелей

Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

The A/C didn't work properly. It was on, but it didn't cool the air. The A/C was working like a fan, blowing warm air into the room.
I asked to fix it, and the staff tried to reset it, but it didn't help.

Замечательная страна, чудесный город, прекрасный отель
Pros:

Всё супер! Отличное месторасположение, комфортабельный номер, чудесный тропический душ, удобная кровать, уборка и новые бутылочки с водой каждый день. Персонал говорит по-русски.

Cons:

Интернета можно сказать, что не было совсем. Телефоны по часу не подключались к сети, затем через несколько минут её теряли.
