We came for bikepacking and our receptionist Dmtri was extremely accommodating. We left our bags in the storage and it was even for free. He took care of us every day and very responsive.
Good breakfast (great variety), all necessities available (iron with ironing board was brougt to room, when we asked), helpful staff.
Party at the restaurant below the hotel at the Friday night was quite loud and lasted quite long (so sleeping peacefully was somewhat didficult). Other nights were OK, the street noise did not reach the room facing towards garden.

Однозначно сердце отеля это Ресепшен , ребята молодцы каждый из них заслуживает отельное большое спасибо и уважение , в любое время суток и такси вызовут и расскажут и посоветуют и в интернете найдут необходимую информацию чтобы помочь вам.
Комнаты очень чистые , свежие , очень аккуратно все продумано с умом. Я чувствовал себя очень комфортно.
Очень очень удобные матрасы, отличное пастельное белье , шампунь , гель , кондиционер для волос высокого качества такое я видел только в 5 звездычных отелях.
Еще большой плюс для меня централизованный кондиционер работал исправно а главное его не было слышно от слова совсем, для меня очень важен сон без посторонних звуков.
Я проживал на втором этаже - звукоизоляция +15 балов из 10.
Большой плюс у меня был номер с балконом , на балконе столик и два стула было приятно посидеть выпить чай и покурить трубку.
Всем однозначно Рекомендую и еще раз большое спасибо за гостепреимство, сервис и качество.

Мое мнение как колега уровень этого отеля заслуживает более лучшего завтрака , больше асортимента , несколько видов колбас , сосисок я как мясоед увидел дифицит в этом.
Ясное дела туризм в данное время страдает из за того что творится в мире и многим отельерам приходится именно сейчас как то балансировать по ценам в том числе на завтраке .
Поэтому я поставил максимальную оценку.
Но конечно же этот отель заслуживает более лучшего завтрака и офрмления буфета , он был на мой взгляд скучным.
Конечно же не кто голодным не остался это лишь мое мнение и пожелания.
