Gutes Hotel mit falschen Grundinformationen unfähigem Personal!
Pros:

Schönes, gepflegtes, saubereres Hotel, für Spanien preislich gehoben.
Erst nach der Buchung erfähert man, per Nachricht in Katalan, was Google auch nicht kennt. Daß der angegebene Parkplatz als solcher nicht existiert. Es gibt eine Kooperation mit einem Parkhaus, welches dann vergünstigt ist.
Ich Reise mit dem Motorrad, buche per App. Das Zimmer war nur per Voraus zu bezahlen .
Nach Buchung, ich bin wieder auf dem Weg. Erhalte ich die Modalitäten zum Parken.
Ir Ort erfahre ich, dass es eine Wegstrecke von 5-7 Minuten zum Parkhaus ist.
Ich habe mehrere gesundheitliche Einschränkungen und daher mehr Gepäck. Somit hätte ich 4x vom Hotel zum Parkhaus und zurück laufen müssen was etwa 1 Stunde bedeutet. Ich verfüge über einen Schwerbehinderten Ausweis. Ich musste an der Straße parken, da war es insgesamt nur 45 Minuten „Wanderweg“! Eine Zumutung und für Menschen mit Einschränkungen und Motorradreisende eine Unverschämtheit!

Beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpfull staff.
Pros:

Extremely friendly staff, beautiful location. I particularly enjoyed the courtyard at the back of the hotel, very peaceful and a great place to get some work/study done if needed.

Cons:

The hotel was great, but Vic is a very sleepy town. I loved that in general, but it was sometimes a challenge to find open places, such as pharmacies and restaurants. But the hotel staff really helped.

Desencantado, mala estancia por no poder descansar bien por culpa de la calor

No hemos desayunado

Cons:

No me gustó la calor que hace en la habitación, que es insoportable . No pudimos bajar la temperatura de 25,8 grados, ni con la ayuda de recepción.
Tampoco nos gustó nada que no pudiéramos ver la tv desde la cama porque estaba metida en un cuarto adyacente,

Pros:

Lo más destacable del alojamiento es su ubicación y que es un edificio histórico. La chica que servía el desayuno fue muy maja. El desayuno está bien.

Cons:

Para el precio que pagamos el servicio y las instalaciones son muy malas. En las habitaciones no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, llamamos dos veces a la recepción y nos dijeron que lo arreglarían pero nunca lo hicieron. El agua de la ducha salía únicamente fría y poca. Llamar a la recepción para pedir algo no daba resultado, respondían solo con monosílabos.

Cons:

Muy difícil acceso; se accede por callejuelas recónditas, con algunas indicaciones en la calle pocas y muy poco visibles. Tuvimos que caminar unos 400 m desde el parking
La habitación, con estilo pero no digna de un 4*: Una mesa diminuta, una sola silla, amenities en el baño escasas, lugar para apoyar una sola valija, en el duchero no hay donde apoyar nada, ni el jabón.
Desayuno de poca variedad.
