Dreadful
Cons:

A truly dreadful experience. Having received promotional material beforehand suggesting we book the restaurant for a culinary experience and the wellness centre for a massage, when we arrived at the hotel the restaurant was closed, as was the bar and wellness centre except a jacuzzi. Had we been alerted to this earlier we wouldn’t have stayed and I believe we were deliberately deceived.
The first room we were given, the bathroom was in a disgusting state with mould all around the shower.
The second room seemed better until we discovered after we had gone to bed that the air conditioning didn’t work. The temperatures in Vic during mid summer are extremely high.
At approximately midnight I went and spoke with the reception to complain as it was quite impossible to sleep. At that point we had decided to drive home to France. Whilst my wife packed our case I spoke with a manager at the end of a telephone who suggested they would find another room for us. By 1 am we had our third room.
This was after a long drive during the day and all we wanted was a massage, a dinner and a room to sleep.
This hotel provided none of this.
The hotel is an utter disgrace and does not deserve four stars.

Agradable, relajante, tranquila, inspiradora
Pros:

El ambiente de calma que respira el lugar y la decoración. La situación del Hotel que permite visitar el centro histórico de Vic a pie, sin necesidad de coger el coche.

Cons:

El desayuno en el Hotel, no porque fuera escaso o no correcto, sino porque no había información sobre los alérgenos de los productos, y aquellos que tenemos restricciones alimentarias ( no por elección sino por necesidad) tenemos que depender de preguntar continuamente el contenido de los alimentos.

Pros:

Dame aan de receptie was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer was prachtig!

Cons:

Helaas was het restaurant gesloten, maar we zijn verwezen naar een mooi alternatief!

Great spot in Vic
Pros:

Beautiful communal areas: reception, breakfast room, gardens.
Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed.
Great location, though you need to park a few minutes away.

Cons:

Room a bit bland. Needed a few nice prints on the walls.
