Cons:

No teníamos aire acondicionado en la habitación porque estaba estropeado y había durante la noche 28 grados y fue imposible dormir por el calor

We enjoyed our stay in Vic but the above spoilt our stay and we would appreciate a response to the above

Its location was good being so central. The actual property itself was charming and its history interesting. With pretty garden

Cons:

The parking process was shambles and the system doesn’t work. We ended up paying twice. Charged at the end for mini bar drinks we didn’t have. House keeping late and rude. And initially no bathroom products in the room. Inexperienced staff. No response from them to our email regarding the above. Other guests in our wedding party experienced problems eg no a/c in the room.

La habitación

Cons:

El acceso al hotel es terrible, muy lejos del parking y para llevar las maletas muy incómodo, el horario del desayuno es a partir de las 8.00 cuando en la web ponía a las 7.00, el buffet del desayuno muy pobre en cantidad y mala calidad (el pan durísimo, por ejemplo) y mal olor fuera de la habitación (como de filtraciones de la cocina).
