Oda tasarımı kullanışlı ve rahattı, binanın otoparkı olması da güzel. Ancak temizlik kötüydü, nevresimde ve merdivende saçlar vardı. Koltuk üzerinde sigara yanığı, yırtık gibi deformeler de sorun değil ama üzerinde kırıntılar duruyordu. Odaya girdiğinizde oda kokusu temizmiş hissiyatı veriyor ancak gelişigüzel bir temizlik yapılmış .
