The location is ideal for exploring - not for the city trip. Easy to drive, easy to park. Easy to order a taxi to.
24-hour reception is also helpful. And also they accept cards (!) - which is not every hotel in Yeravan offers.
The room was huge and with everything necessary present, no compromises here. Two people can easily stay a week with comfort.
Bathroom filled with stuff like combs and vanity kits, very nice.
Breakfast's simple but sufficient - eggs, pancakes with meet, some veggies. Coffee is just american style filtered, but who's taking machine made coffee in Yerevan.
Nothing. Just note that it's not the central area with everything walkable.

Жил второй раз, отзыв тоже второй. Все отлично, ничего не поменялось, другой отель искать не буду. Вообще никаких нареканий нет. Все приветливые, все чисто, номера большие, сантехника и душ хорошие, все работает, персонал просто шикарный, расположение супер, стоянка большая.
Все ок, пишу потому что приложение не даёт оставить пустое поле и надо что-то придумывать. Есть нюанс не относящийся к отелю, но будет полезен путешественникам. Это не недостаток , просто надо знать. Недавно улицу переименовали, она называлась Ленинградян. Если в машине старые не обновленные карты в навигаторе, то можно запутаться, если ищите по названию отеля. Но отель тут, сами понимаете, не причем.

Отличный вариант в пешем доступе от СКК им. Демирчяна: просторный номер со всем необходимым, было довольно тихо, хороший завтрак и приветливые сотрудники.
