Wifi ชั้นบนสุดไม่ค่อยมีสัญญาณ แม่บ้านทำความสะอาดพูดไม่ค่อยน่าฟัง ไม่มีเจ้าหน้าที่ที่ Front เลย ภายในห้องห้องน้ำประตูกระจกเลื่อนเสียงดัง

เคยไปพัก3คร-4ครั้งแล้ว สะดวก และสะอาด เลยไม่เคยเปลี่ยนใจไปนอนที่อื่นเลย แต่ครั้งนี้ผ้าปูไม่สะอาดเลย

ผ้าปูที่นอนสีขาว แต่ไม่สะอาด เป็นรอยเปื้อนเป็นวงกว้างเลย แต่ไปถึงดึก เลยไม่ได้ให้พนักงานมาเปลี่ยน

Die direkte Lage zum Strand

Cons:

Der unfreundliche Service. Für mich ein Grund nicht mehr hinzugehen.
Hatte online das falsche Zimmet gebucht. Bekam daher 1 Zimmer ohne Ausstattung wie z.b. Spiegel. Toilette/Bad außerhalb.
Das Zimmet das ich besichtigt hatte war auf jeden Fall.wesentlich besser musste mich aber vor Ort online einbuchen. Nachdem ich gebucht hatte, sollte ich stornieren. War aber nicht möglich , da Storno 100 % .
Die Zimmet wurden an dem Tag nicht vermietet, bzw waren frei.
Es wäre problemlos möglich gewesen, gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis vor Ort das bessere Zimmet zu bekommen.
Hatte den Eindruck - Ausländer haben Geld und sollen mehr bezahlen

No hot water in the shower that I can recall. The water wasn’t cold but not comfortable enough to shower anytime.

Disappointed. Had to go back home, rather than get to enjoy the Festival completely.
Pros:

Looks like a decent hotel and location would have been great to be able to enjoy the International Kite Festival. Lots of restaurants, stores and the beach is super close.

Cons:

We arrived just after 3:00pm and were told that someone booked at the same time as us and paid for a room, so they no longer had one for us. We had a confirmed reservation through Booking.com. They told us the same family owned the hotel around the corner and they could accommodate us there. Okay, that works, but then we got there and they wanted to charge us more and wouldn’t honour the price we booked at.
