Grand Coastal Hotel

The Grand Coastal is in a good location, just outside the main city centre, making it convenient while avoiding some of the busier traffic. The facilities are reasonable, although parts of the property are currently undergoing construction, which can affect the overall experience.

The food is acceptable with a decent selection, and while the staff can be helpful, the level of service can be inconsistent at times. Overall, it's a fair option if you're looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient location, particularly once the ongoing improvements are complete.

Absolutely horrid and misleading. When we booked the deluxe queen room we were told there's a complimentary breakfast .however the following morning we were told that wasn't the case. The bathroom happens to be a bathtub ; a very tiny space where its either you let the shower curtain touch your skin or risk the entire bathroom being flooded. The bar was closed at 10 pm even though they are guests at the hotel..the place is atrocious. We even checked out before time because the vacation was completely ruined .

Overall it was good stay. Reception was very helpful. My kids liked the hotel. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone taking a trip out of Ogle since it's close to the airport.

The breakfast was excellent with good flavour. Also the free coffee & tea was the first i encountered at a hotel. This was great. The Hotel was very close to the wedding house and the airport. This made my life much easier in the terms of travelling. The entire staff, from the guys at the hotel entrance to the staff serving the food and the bar tenders , the cleaners was very very friendly and hard working. This great, they made as feel at home with pleasant manners as a complete team serving the general public. The only thing, is that the hotel name should be highlighted at junction for tourists detection. What can i say, i love both outdoor & indoor dining, the layout of bar with excellent stools around the bar and the relaxation area with a television. I believe that is why people recommended Grand Coastal Hotel to me and wife . And i will do the same. Thanks very much for having us.

The hotel was clean and room comfortable. The restaurant staff was very nice and friendly and accommodating. Took the taxi service back to the airport. Was excellent service by the driver.

The room was pretty clean and well kept. Overall a comfortable stay and the staff was accommodating.

The place is excellent food is great, but the crew complained about not getting rest due to the hotel being by the roadside

We were 6 in the group for the first ten days. Two of us were Guyanese and were attracted to the bake and saltfish for the first 3 days. The other 4 tried to choose from the remaining items. Of the 4 two were Jamaicans who left after a very short stay very disappointed. Don't think we the Guyanese could get them to return to Guyana again. At least in the near future unless specifically invited to attend a special event.
