Pros:

Fijne ruime kamer en heel schoon. Heerlijk ontbijt en iedereen was super lief voor onze dochter. In het bijzonder Jasmine, een hele lieve meid. Onze dochter was helemaal gek op haar. Iedereen van het personeel is super gastvrij en behulpzaam

Pros:

My experience was simply awesome from my arrival to the check-out. The location is very good, the overall service quality is exceptional. The room is convenient comfortable while the gym and the pool are well maintained and enjoyable.

The breakfast team members are doing a great job to welcome guests with a warm smile every morning.

I would like to especially thank Dina, Arlinda, Muiya, Nisa, Romiang and the supervisor who demonstrates exemplary leadership.

中華系が居なければ良いホテルです。
Pros:

喫煙可能な部屋を選びました。
浴室の換気扇が機能しており、他のホテルで溜まっていたタバコの匂いを気にする事なく安眠できた点。

Cons:

ビールの栓抜きが必要なのに、借りっぱなしにはできず、フロントに連絡し持って来てもらう…。栓抜きくらい複数用意し、部屋に置いておけるようにして欲しい。
それとは別に、部屋でパーティを開催している連中がうるさい(中華系はマジでゴミ)。かつその影響か？同行者にIDカードの提出を求めるようになった点。

Nice and relaxing stay!
Pros:

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great short stay.
The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was spacious, clean, and functional, with a comfortable bed. The staff were attentive and very welcoming.

Too many Uncouth Singaporean and Malaysian Cina Ah Peh
Pros:

Getting a bit dingy now, with too many males bringing in their female friends for the night.

Some of the Chinese, especially the Singaporean's and Malaysian's Cina Ah Peh are loud and inconsiderate. Their behaviour leaves a bad taste.

Except for the inconsiderate Cina Ah Peh, all us good
