Pros:

Fijne en ruime kamer. Goede en schone badkamer. Goed ontbijt en ook goed restaurant voor diner. Heel vriendelijk personeel!

Cons:

Het airco systeem maakt vrij veel geluid, met name ‘s nachts kan dat vervelend zijn.

Ondanks teleurstelling over een aantal zaken een fijn hotel
Pros:

De locatie, vlakbij het oude centrum, was fijn. De bedden waren comfortabel en de kamers zeer groot en schoon.

Cons:

Vanwege een geannuleerde vlucht moest ik noodgedwongen een dag eerder vertrekken waardoor ik een nacht in mindering wilde brengen. Er waren weinig tegemoetkomingen over het kunnen douchen bijvoorbeeld, terwijl door booking.com een groot bedrag aan annuleringskosten in rekening werd gebracht. Er werd gezegd dat voor gasten die via booking.com hebben geboekt, andere regels gelden. Het viel me wat tegen van een redelijk prijzig hotel zoals dit. Het personeel was wel erg vriendelijk verder.
