中華系が居なければ良いホテルです。
Pros:

喫煙可能な部屋を選びました。
浴室の換気扇が機能しており、他のホテルで溜まっていたタバコの匂いを気にする事なく安眠できた点。

Cons:

ビールの栓抜きが必要なのに、借りっぱなしにはできず、フロントに連絡し持って来てもらう…。栓抜きくらい複数用意し、部屋に置いておけるようにして欲しい。
それとは別に、部屋でパーティを開催している連中がうるさい(中華系はマジでゴミ)。かつその影響か？同行者にIDカードの提出を求めるようになった点。

Nice and relaxing stay!
Pros:

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great short stay.
The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was spacious, clean, and functional, with a comfortable bed. The staff were attentive and very welcoming.

Too many Uncouth Singaporean and Malaysian Cina Ah Peh
Pros:

Getting a bit dingy now, with too many males bringing in their female friends for the night.

Some of the Chinese, especially the Singaporean's and Malaysian's Cina Ah Peh are loud and inconsiderate. Their behaviour leaves a bad taste.

Except for the inconsiderate Cina Ah Peh, all us good

之前預約有先說過需要一大床房，卻是給了兩床房，雖然可以移動床鋪，但很久以前就預約且有填寫需求，但無奈還是沒有

Amazing!
Pros:

The location is near the old town, the pool has a great view especially at night time! Jimmy ( in restaurant) was very attentive. He gave us dragon fruit juice everyday. He's an asset of the company!

Cons:

It is not o don't like but it needs some adjustment like more seating ( sofa) in the lobby.

A hidden gem in Jakarta — security, scent, gym, infinity pool, and even a connected mall
Pros:

My wife and I recently stayed at Holiday Inn & Suites Jakarta Gajah Mada, and honestly, it exceeded expectations in ways I didn't expect.

Security first – The very first thing my wife noticed when our Grab car pulled into the drop-off area was the hotel security checkpoint. Security guards came to inspect our car before letting us through. That small act gave us immediate peace of mind that our safety was taken seriously.

The scent of the hotel – This might sound unusual, but the hotel smells amazing. The lobby has this beautiful Bali-like fragrance, and the restrooms smell fresh and tropical. I asked a staff member how they do it, and she told me the fragrances are emitted through ventilation outlets in the ceiling. Everywhere just smells good. It’s a lovely touch.

Gym & infinity pool – The gym is on the 8th floor. My wife is an active gym user, and she pointed out that all the equipment is top notch. Right next to the gym is the infinity pool, which overlooks the city. The view is beautiful — perfect for unwinding after a busy day.

The staff – Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They all speak English, which helped us a lot. (I can speak Bahasa Indonesia, but only if they speak slowly to me 🤭)

The hidden gem – I have to mention this because I almost missed it. There's a "tiny" shopping mall called Citywalk that shares the same building complex as the hotel. There's a connected door from the hotel lobby that leads directly into the mall area. I kid you not — it's super convenient for grabbing a bite or just walking around.

Overall – Clean room, great amenities, excellent service, and thoughtful little touches everywhere. Nothing bad to say at all. We will definitely stay here again.

Good Hotel
Pros:

Visited twice in March for 2 days and 4 days a week apart.

Spotlessly clean hotel with large rooms, great pool good breakfast and very comfortable

Located not far from the old town which is a tricky 20 minute walk or about the same in a taxi.

The staff were great and there is a decent spa with good priced treatments.
