Pros:

Lovely staff that were very attentive and the rooftop restaurant was a nice spot for breakfast or dinner. Close proximity to the fort and main street.

We absolutely loved this place and enjoyed the stay and the hospitality of the hosts. The rooms are exceptional and really well appointed, the haveli is unique and such a warm experience. Everyone working at the place was exceptionally customer focused and looked after all our needs. They arranged all the local visits for us and the service was out of this world. They were busy as the place was sold out, but it still felt like we were the only ones there.

Heritage House is a hotel like none other
Pros:

It was truly an amazing experience staying at Hotel Heritage House. The staff and the owner were extremely hospitable. The hotel serves great food. The cleanliness is truly top class. The hotel is built in old signature Jaisalmer haveli style but is a new property. So, there is an old world charm and yet the facility is so contemporary. The best part is that the hotel is flexible in accomodating your requests for breakfasts, should you feel bored with menu. Breakfast is included in the tariff. The hotel connects you with other service providers like bike, parasailing, quad biking or jeep safari companies without charging you for it. The hotel is situated very close to Gadesar lake, Jaisalmer fort, Patwon ki haveli, Nathmal ki haveli etc and yet not in the middle of noisy part of the city. So, if you need your privacy and accessibility, this hotel is the place to be in. All in all, I'm completely nostalgic about the place and its staff.
