Great place to stay in Singapore :)
A well maintained building. A few dining options nearby.
Baristierロードから坂を歩いて数分、中山公園近く、Aloftホテルから近い、Novenaスクエアにも徒歩圏内ではあるが10分くらいかかる。洗濯機、冷蔵庫、キッチンが付いており長期にはおすすめではある。ただし清掃は週に2回なので床の汚れは気になる。もう少し安ければリピートしても良いかもしれない
The apartments were spacious and clean, the bedrooms a little tight due to the beds, nevertheless enough room to move around. We had balconies attached with ours, the balcony was also spacious, we had washing machines, bathrooms are spacious, the rooms are well appointed, nice and quiet in the evenings no street noise. . The location is perfect just a few minutes walk to the mall and public transport. We had Nana greet us upon arrival she was lovely and informed us of all the instructions we needed applicable to our room facilities. Very safe and tidy accommodation.

Just minors things would helped make our stay more convenient however still no biggie. There was no dishwashing liquid, or soap powder for the washing machine, you have to purchase your own, however would be nice for guests to have at least enough for one wash on their first night stay. Low on toilet paper, and some power sockets didn't work, which was a bit of an inconvenience as there isn't enough of them to begin with. However as we had booked two rooms it didn't inconvenience us too much as we could use the sockets in the other room, but best to check the sockets as soon as you arrive and notify staff. Apart from that nothing to fault the place is one of the best in Singapore and we'd definitely stay there on our next visit.

Quiet neighbourhood (may not be to everyone's liking), easy to get around. The property I rented had a balcony - this was spacious.
Vast majority of what was in the property, I was happy with (induction hob - slightly tricky to work (pictorial laminate on how to use?)
Odd nature of swimming pool (position: by reception - would feel a bit self-conscious), no area for sun lounging - surrounding pool area is covered, shape of pool more - suited for laps).
Very small gym.
Could do with a small frying pan.
Simple balcony furniture would be nice for an evening sit-out.
Walking distance to novena MRT and ME hospital. Quiet and the curtain dark, which the most important for my sleep.
They need to put a new equipment like cattle.
Nana from check in to check out was very helpful and a service superstar. Same with the cleaning crew and security guards. The apartment was safe, comfortable and conveniently located around the Novena area where it’s easy to get around for food and exploring town.

The bed could have been bigger ie a king size instead of queen.
Friendly staff, extra second bathroom helps for the 3 of us.
Two hawker food courts 15-20 minutes walk down the hill. Has plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby.
The location is far from MRT, not convenient and buses are 15 minutes walk down the hill.
The master bedroom is very small, no room for anything else, like your luggage.
ALL doors were very cheaply made, especially, the closet doors are without handles, very noisy when opening and closing them. Dining chairs need padding, noisy again when using.
There’s no outlet if you need to use the hair dryer, in the bathroom! Ladies, how do you dry your hair without a mirror?
I think it’s a waste of electricity when using the washer and dryer, especially, the dryer function, after 3-4 hours, clothes are still damp!
Location was good with an easy 7 minute walk to Novena MRT
