Pros:

宿泊費が高騰している中、かなりお財布にやさしい宿泊費で助かりました。飲食店もすぐ近くにありアクセスもタクシーは不要だと思います。それなりに年季の入った施設ですがカプセルホテルやゲストハウスで他人との境界線があやふやなのが苦手な人にとってはオススメです。
ちょっと古い1Rマンション的な感じでしたが個人的な大阪観光のときはリピートするつもりです。

トイレは客室にしか無い。部屋のコンセントの数が足りない。バスの蛇口が捻るタイプで完全に閉め切るには力が必要。洋服用ブラシが無い。オートロックではない。クローゼットは広くて良い。リンスインシャンプーの為髪に対しての配慮は無い。普段は寝心地良かった。チェックアウトが12時00分というのが良い。立地が良い。

在大阪住宿又要離鬧區很近又便宜的首選,旁邊就是道頓堀,看網路上評論不優,但實際上只是舊了點的公寓,附近的飯店都超級貴,以價格跟位置來說這間真的很可以了,雙床房一晚2人住才2千,缺點就是要攤開行李箱的話可能要自己喬位置,一個可以放電視櫃前的地上,另一個可能要在衣櫃半開.住810洗臉盆的水龍頭要關緊一點,不然會滴水,冰箱開關在冰箱裏面要自己轉開喔^^

ワンルームマンションを改装したお部屋でしたが、一緒に行った友達の部屋はレイアウトが少し使いづらかった様でしたが、私の部屋は広さも充分でよかったです。ただ、道路に近いため車の音が気になりました。

大阪でこの値段で泊まれるのは最高です！繁華街から離れてないし、お店はいっぱいある。元ワンルームアパートなのか部屋は狭いが綺麗でした。お湯ポットがベコベコに凹んでたので使わなかったけど、寝るだけだったので最高です👍

以前はマンションだったんだろうなという造りの建物です。
チェックインしてすぐトイレを利用したのですが手洗い場のところにコバエが飛んでおり不快でした…それ以外は特に不満はありません。
