Pros:

立地がとても良く、到着後に荷物を置いてから食べ歩きに出かけたり、一度お部屋に戻って休憩してから再度外出できたのがとても便利でした。子ども連れだったので、特に助かりました。

館内も清潔で、特に不便に感じる点はありませんでした。スタッフの皆様もとても親切で、終始気持ちよく利用させていただきました。

朝ご飯も美味しかったです。
食後のコーヒーを部屋に持って行きたいとお願いしたところ快く応じて頂けた。スタッフも感じ良かったです。

A wonderful location, great accommodations, and superb service by the hotel's staff.
Pros:

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent 2-night stay at Hotel Arashiyama. The location, accommodations, food (delicious traditional Japanese breakfast and coffee) and staff either met or exceeded our expectations. I only wish we could have stayed longer!
