The apartment we stayed in was very spacious, comfortable and clean! It had a very nice view as well! The kitchen was well equipped and the breakfast provided was quite nice. Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating!

Hotel was a lovely place to stay as a base for exploring Patagonia. We stayed here and took different excursions each day. Nice breakfast each morning, and staff very attentive and helpful in exploring things to do.

Very stylish hotel, nicely designed.

Es un hotel magnífico, literalmente te reciben como si fueras a su casa. La construcción es muy original y la ubicación perfecta (a las afueras de Puerto Natales, con vistas al fiordo, a la montaña y a los glaciares). Las habitaciones son cómodas y bien equipadas. El desayuno, absolutamente personalizado y particular, es extraordinario. No está en el centro de Puerto Natales pero el acceso es muy sencillo (porque está a escasos 5 minutos) y barato (6 euros desde el centro) tanto en taxi como en Uber.

Lule and Heliodoro and everyone else was very friendly and made our stay so comfortable. We felt so welcomed, the breakfast service and attention to detail was amazing. We got great recommendations for excursions, and when we had issues booking flights Lule helped us with that as well. The views from living room/kitchen on sunset where added plus. We liked it so much that after W trek we came back for one extra night to relax before heading to El Calafate, sleeping again in the comfy bed felt great.

The owners care about their guests in a very personal way and made us feel at home. They helped us with excellent restaurant recommendations. Heliodoro organized a private tour to Torres del Paine with a great driver/guide. The room and the whole house are spotlessly clean and the hotel is furnished in a very charming way. A very rich breakfast was prepared for us every morning.

Beautiful boutique hotel! Very nice, charming, and comfortable. Hospitality of the host and the cook were AMAZING! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Very, very comfortable. Owners who are excellent attentive hosts. Quiet location on outskirts of the town with great views. Wonderful individually served breakfast.

The owners were very warm and friendly. They went out of their way to make us welcome. The place has a wonderful, worldly feeling about it.

It was a unique and interestingly decorated property and reflected the owners’ personal travel and collection of beautiful eclectic pieces. The owners were also very personable, warm and helpful in guiding us in planning our trip to see the sights. Loved having breakfast and chilling in the dining/kitchen area as we were the only family staying there. Also loved that even though it’s like a home, the rooms were like hotel rooms each having an ensuite bathroom. For our family of five, we had the a triple room for our three youths and a double room for us.

Also loved the fact that it was close to the town and an easy drive to Torres Del Paine and nearby sights.

The breakfast was really great, more than I could eat. The location was really good but helpful to have a car to get into the centre of town. Our hosts Helio and Luz were very friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. It was a beautiful boutique hotel with fabulous views. I really enjoyed my stay there.
