Pros:

The room was smaller than I thought it would be, but was very clean and had working ac. The pool was pretty nice and well kept. Overall great service, staff was very nice and helpful all for only $25 a night!

Not great, not terrible
Pros:

Forgetting that they refused to accommodate us at the first attempt saying that they removed our booking without canceled it and they wanted us to pay double price, it was resolved thanks to the customer service and our further stay was without any issues. Hotel has good facilities, free parking, swimming pool, our room was spacious. It has only cold water, but it was bearable considering a heat outside and our room was located on the side of the busy street, without double glassed windows (I think almost uncommon in Ecuador) we heard all the traffic noises. Also if they want to reach clients outside Ecuador, they need to improve their behavour towards customers.
