Pros:

The location was excellent, close to shops and restaurants and very near St. Theresa Square. The room was nice and spacious, and we especially loved the large bathroom.

Cons:

The phone in the room was not working, so we were unable to contact reception. Also, since we were on an upper floor, the hot water took a little longer to come through.

Cons:

The hotel has no parking area although it is stated in the web that they have parking area. Specially in that area almost no parking place for public. Furthermore, there is a parking place just across the City Inn, but the running person is very rude and not fair. They occupied some parking places normally designated for public. They should be controlled by the local goverments.
Otelin sayfasında park yeri belirtilmesine ragmen, kendisine ait bir park yeri yok. Otelin tam karşısında ücretli bir park yeri var. Fakat buruyı işletenler hem çok kaba hemde halka açık park yerlerine de kendileri işaret koyarak buradan fazladan ve haksız kazanç sağlamaya çalışıyorlar, itiraz ettiğinizde neredeyse kavga çıkaracaklar. Aracı olanlar için bu oteli tavsiye etmem.

I really liked the hotel because it offered exceptional service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, the amenities were convenient, and the overall environment made my stay relaxing and very enjoyable!

So friendly, helpful and central for Prishtina.
Pros:

The young staff including night porters and manager were all charming, helpful and friendly. They speak good English and French. They are all good ambassadors for their fine country! Helpful with transfer to Airport which was reliable. Hotel very peaceful at night. Kettle in room.

Cons:

Breakfast was the same every day. Door wouldn't lock from the inside but not a serious problem. Hot water took a long time to come through the pipes but no issue. No foreign channels on tv. I don't speak Albanian...

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in City Inn Hotel.
Das Bett war perfect und das Bad erfüllte genau meine Ansprüche

Cons:

Frühstücksbuffet war nicht gut und zu wenig Auswahl.
Es könnte auch optisch besser aussehen
Und es müsste nicht leer sein bevor man auffüllt.

Pros:

Dieses Hotel war durch und durch perfekt ! Die Lage war Perfekt, das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war perfekt, Zimmer richtig sauber und schön beheizt. Wir waren im Winter dort. Frühstück war auch richtig lecker, auf Wunsch wird einem frische Eier zubereitet. Alles in großen und ganzen war toll. Doch das was am meisten mich begeistert hat war das Personal !! Ich bin viel rumgekommen und war in verschiedenen Hotels in Prishtina aber wie in diesem Hotel hab ich mich nirgends sooo wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist extrem lieb, super professionell, sehr zuvorkommend, und extrem aufmerksam !!! Meine Schwester wurde leider im Aufenthalt krank und es wurde soviel Rücksicht auf sie genommen jeden Wunsch den wir hatten haben die sofort entgegengenommen. Besser als in jedem Wellnesshotel. Hiermit bedanke ich mich bei dem gesamten Team und besonders bei der Managerin Fitore. Vielen lieben Dank für euren tollen Service. Ich werde das Hotel wieder im Sommer buchen. Kann wirklich jedem dieses Hotel empfehlen !!
