Pros:

O Class é uma rede ótima, sempre minha primeira opção nas viagens.
A comodidade é tudo: academia, piscina (apesar de não ter usado estava limpa) restaurante com muitas opções e bom preço, tudo dentro do hotel, tudo compensa muito para a praticidade das viagens, recomendo.

Senti falta do horário da academia no Qrcode.
Luz queimou do banheiro( fui atendida, porém funcionário que realiza está manutenção não estava no local, porém Gerente me ofereceu a troca de quarto, resolvemos nos manter no mesmo.
Para mim quarto tem que ser bem escuro e a luz pequena que fica na TV é muito forte.
Gostaria que tivesse sido avisada sobre o programa de fidelidade pois frequento hotel há 10 anos e nunca fui informada sobre.
