I booked this hotel through Booking.com, trusting the platform, but it turned out to be the worst decision. They gave us a room on the 4th floor with no elevator, even though I informed them I had an infant and toddler. When I asked for help carrying luggage, the staff rudely said it was not their responsibility unless I paid extra. The fridge in the room smelled horrible, the shower was broken, and despite complaining all day, nobody fixed it. The staff pretended not to understand English just to avoid helping. On top of that, I even had to pay again to get my luggage taken down at checkout. Absolutely disgusting service — never book this hotel, especially if you’re traveling with family or kids!

Отзывчивые хозяева, хорошее расположение, кафе, магазины в шаговой доступности. В номере кондиционер, что не маловажно при жаре 35 градусов в 23:00 на улице ночью.
Жили на последнем этаже, так как приехали поздно ночью и выбора номера уже не было. В номере вместо окна маленькая форточка, . Нас было трое. Горячей воды не всем хватило помыться.

we reserved a room with a double bed and when we arrived it was not avalble anymore, but it was late so we had to stay, the owner was very nice and let us make a late checkout the day after.
The building it self and the access upstiras is not super sympatic, was a bit hard to find even.
there was no elivator and it's on the the second / 3 floor.

Owner cheating by selling the cheap rooms for expensive. For 86 lari per night they gave us the rooms for 78 lari. And instead of taking 86 lari they took 87 lari online from us. When we trying to explain for many times they pretended as if they didn’t understand us.
No lift. The hotel is on the 3 floor itself.
No clean - we found under our bed a cigarette.
Both previous rooms were with broken windows or shower doors. We changed the rooms for the third times.
Shower room was stinky with smokes of cigarettes coming from the ventilation system.
When we checked out the stuff didn’t help us with our baggage go downstairs.
