Sempre que vou á Santos é o local que fico e me sinto em casa, agradeço cada recepcionista que fazem de tudo pro meu check-in ser antes do combinado , sempre muito bem atendido . Organização e limpeza nota 1.0000

Gostei da localização, da recepção.

Cons:

De ter encontrado um bicho no quarto, do barulho imenso que estava no quarto e, o barulho permanece até tarde. Parecia barulho de algum equipamento, ou maquinário, colchão bem desconfortável, as cobertas tinham manchas como de graxa, e o banheiro tinha um cheiro ruim.
