I would stay again and never again at the Moxy as they did not show compassion or concern

This was a comfortable and relaxed stay.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and the Starbucks was a plus.

No food available. The coffee display was missing creamer. I hope the restaurant starts working soon.

I like the location. We didn’t spend much time in the hotel as we were there for a quick trip.

I let them know my daughter was coming in around 1am and was told there was a night clerk. When she arrived, no one was there to let her in. Thankfully she was able to wake me up so I could let her in.

Bad. Will not like to come back here nor recommend to anyone.

Iron in room didnt work
No restaurant in hotel functional
Despite hotel agreeing to extend check out by an hour, room key was disabled. I had to shuttle thrice between lobby/front desk and room on higher floor to get my room opened.

Slick, modern AND disappointing.
Cons:

Stood in line for 15 minutes to check in at 10:30PM with the only desk person. Wanted hot bath... no bathtub. Television required a Geek squad, with QR scans, linkages etc. Called the desk... person they were sending up to resolved never showed. Ended up just reading.

Spacious room with a lovely view.
Pros:

A spacious, quiet room with a lovely view overlooking the park. The facilities were excellent, including a coffee machine. Access to a Starbucks directly from the hotel lobby was a bonus.

Cons:

The room had only one paper cup. It would have been helpful to have had proper cups and glasses. As it turned out, I had my own cup with me.

The perfect spot for a spontaneous and casual weekend.
Pros:

We got a king delux room and it was very spacious with a desk to work on and a bench to throw all our bags on. There is also a loft area with some games which ended up being a surprise highlight of our trip :)

Cons:

It isn’t directly near a lot of big tourist locations BUT it is still close/walkable to many good restaurants and shops!

Clean, esthetically pleasing. Don't go for comfort. Staff is great!
Pros:

The hotel was clean, beautiful, smelled amazing. The rooms were modern decor which was cute. Price was good, view was good.

Cons:

The bed were incredibly hard. The shower is half open. If you have any physical disabilities (as I do), the shower head is up very high and does not detach.
And the temperature control was not good at all. It got so stuffy, they need to have a better cooling system/fan. And the bathroom got really stuffy due to no fan.. which all hotel bathrooms NEED. For various reasons of course.
