My worst hotel-experience ever!
Pros:

Nothing, I wish I listened to the negative comments about this property than the biased good ones. This is probably one of my worst experiences throughout my years of travel. The hotel calls themselves 5-star, when you arrive, you realize this is really nothing more than a 2 stars at most. I initially booked 7 nights thinking it’s a 5star hotel, when I saw the room, it was disappointing and didn’t even want to spend a single night at this property! The room was old, dirty and with damaged floor in almost all the rooms that we checked(they offered us to change the room the next day). Not to mention how loud it is at the hotel. There is no soundproofing whatsoever. You hear your neighbors like you share the same room. Cars are driving right in your eardrums. The gym is a disaster, very old and broken equipment that almost will hurt you.

When we mentioned it to the staff, they were rude and unhelpful, apart from the luggage guy. I took the issue to the receptionist and requested an early checkout, they refused and asked me to contact booking.com. I contacted booking they asked hotel for permission, the hotel never responded so I was stuck without a place to stay and my money in this hotels hands. I talked with their manager, she lied at first that they had replied to the email from booking.com but when I called booking while the manager is there they confirmed she had not replied. I then asked her to reply while am on call with booking. Which she did. She then told me they had authorized a refund for the unused nights. And that it would take 45 days. When I called booking a week after they said the hotel had yet not refunded or modified my booking in order for me to be eligible for the refund. I went back to the hotel and talked again with the manager who later said they had not yet authorized the refund but earlier she had said she already did. So it seems like they were just waiting for me to leave the country and never receive my money back.

Had a very enjoyable time and would 100% go back.
Pros:

Staff were all friendly and willing to help, from the cleaning lady Mariya, if you were still in bed would always come back later and left the room very clean. The bar staff round the pool Pream and Natty always friendly and helpful. Not a negative thing to say about any of the staff.
It was but a short walk to the beach.
Not too far from the busy part, Bangla Road, about 35mins walk, or about 200 bart for a taxis.
Lots of restaurants and bars nearby.
Roof top pool was great.
Room was good with a nice walk in shower.
Without being picky there really is nothing wrong with the hotel.

The breakfast was not for me.

Pros:

המלון ממוקם מצוין קרוב לחוף הים וקרוב לרחוב של המסעדות, מאוד קרוב ונגיש למסעדות הכשרות באיזור.
המיטות טובות וגדולות.
המלון ממוקם לא במרכז הרעש והבלאגן ומבחינתי זה עדיף.

Cons:

קצת יקר יחסית לתמורה.
המים מהמקלחת יוצאים לרצפה בכמויות וזה ממש לא נעים.
קליטת הwifi במלון ממש לא טובה! וגם אחרי שפנינו לעזרה בנושא זה לא השתפר.
