the area was nice close to everything and the staff were very friendly
nothing really except on the last day the indians ruined the stay knocking on doors and the smell was unpleasant

Technische problemen worden in eerste instantie overgelaten aan een receptionist of bellboy. Pas na inschakeling engineer of mecanic werden problemen opgelost.

המחיר מאוד זול!! וקרוב מאוד לבית חב״ד ממש 2 דקות הליכה, אם אתם רוצים מלון רק לישון ושאר היום לטייל הוא מצויין לזה
החדר קטן הוצאנו את הכסא למרפסת שגם היא ממש מטר על מטר, המיטה לא הכי נוחה אבל בסדר

Great staff
The staff was reasonably polite but not with the typical Thai charm I’ve known to love over the years of visiting the land of smiles
There is no pavement/sidewalk outside the hotel so when you’re away from the hotel front you’re straight into a busy road which you can also hear from your room which is very frustrating
There is no A/C in the hotel reception which can be quite uncomfortable due to the heat of Thailand, the hotel is also is situated right next to a mosque and every single morning at around 5am I was woken up by the LOUD call to prayer for the Muslims
The room was not as described on the website and was dated and dirty in places mainly the shower room and the A/C is incredibly loud and the lock on the door was very tatty and looked like a careless job had been done to repair
The bed was made upon request which was good but the bedding was dated and sometimes had holes in (see photo attached)
The room service was very disappointing with no pork available on the menu which ruled out many nice thai dishes
Breakfast was POOR and not worth the extra and again no pork which was disappointing
The pool area was small and very congested
If you’re expecting a 5 star hotel with a 5 star experience you will be greatly disappointed
If you stay in room 5010 you will not enjoy your stay

The staff where very helpful and Pleasant they went out of their way to help.. also you could book trips the food in the restaurant was very nice.. I enjoyed my time at this hotel I definitely would recommend it for location, cleanliness, comfort, and the staff were amazing..
