Great overall.
Pros:

Location, staff, food.

Cons:

No SPA available
Lack of noise control, other guests being excessively loud between 10pm-2am.
Primarily In the room opposite ours.

Fantástico hotel relación calidad-precio.
Pros:

Lo primero que te llama la atención es la amabilidad del personal.
Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas.
La ubicación del hotel está a 300 metros de la playa.
Buena relación calidad-precio.
Volveremos seguro a este hotel.

Cons:

Algo que sí deberían de mejorar es el acceso a la piscina que hay en la sexta planta, ya que las escaleras son muy incómodas para gente mayor o con discapacidad les es prácticamente imposible salir de la piscina.

La ubicación y el desayuno

Cons:

La cama era dos colchones y en la noche se separan. Por lo que es incómodo.
La otra situación no es como tal del hotel, pero a las 4 am hay un canto de la mezquita que nos despertó las 3 noches

The best I’ve ever been
Pros:

The staff couldn’t be more nice, the room was so spacious and the bed was hugeee, great bathroom and the the best location to stay in Phuket.

À proximité de tout
Propre le ménage est fait tous les jours
Personnel sympathique

Cons:

Prix un peu élevé pour ce que c’est vous avez des hôtels à moitié prix qui proposent les mêmes services
Fenêtres pas isolées vous entendez la prière des 5h du matin ce qui peux être dérangeant pour les non musulmans
Les prises électriques fonctionnent mal
La Clim est tombée en panne plusieurs fois durant le séjour

Walk from room to lift is like a maze takes 4 mins to reach if u didn't miss turn.

Pool only open from 10am to 2pm

Room had no space to keep bags. Incontinently place PowerPoint's. Hard to work
