Pros:

страхотен хотел с отлично местоположение. Персоналът е много приятен и отзивчив. Имаше малък проблем по време на престоя ни, който беше поправен в най-краткият възможен срок. В близост има всякакви нужни магазини и метростанция. Идеален за събития на националния стадион или в НДК. Това бе третият ми престой и вече имам резервиран следващ :)

Много ми хареса чистотата, приветливия персонал
Бяхме с 11 годишната ми дъщеря и всички сме очаровани от обслужването, а качесвото на храната в.ресторанта - ненадминато!!!
Шеф готвачът сигурно е от Италия или Гърция! Невероятни вкуснотии.
Но за нас възрастните - най-силно впечатление ми направи чистотата, вико подготвено, удобна и просторна стая, леглата много удобни.

Pros:

Невероятен хотел, всичко е изпипано до най-малкия детайл - обзавеждане, удобно легло, кафемашина, абсолютно всичко. Хотелът е абсолютен ТОП! За 16 години обикаляне къде ли не, това е най-най хубавия хотел. Оставиха ни до 13.30 часа без доплащане и накрая получихме комплимент от хотела шоколадови бонбони. Персоналът е компетентен и любезен.

Cons:

С климатика се работи трудно, беше малко хладно през нощта, а не може да се настрои на температура над 24 градуса.
