Awesome!
Pros:

There was a problem with our original booking so they moved us to a sister location and it was amazing. The whole process was seamless, they upgraded our room with no extra charge and it was a great place to stay. Easy quick walk from Tokyo station and close to so much. We actually wished we’d booked two night. Highly recommend their Colors location!

Cons:

Clean. They thought of everything. Great location. Kind staff. Comfortable. Too notch.

次はシングルふた部屋で利用します。
Pros:

できて、間もなかったのかきれいでした。清潔でした。
東京駅からのアクセスはとっても良かったです

Cons:

狭すぎた。ツインと思って予約しましたが、シングルでも狭いと感じる狭さでした。平米数を確認しなかったこちらの責任もあったと思います

Our stay was fantastic. Very clean and comfortable. Easy to get to public transportation, dining, shops and airport bus

Clean, comfortable and easy walk to get to public transportation. There is an airport bus station across the street that made getting to Narita airport very convenient and easy.

Superb location, clean and friendly
Pros:

Loved the location to the train station. My family of four had a bed each. Breakfast and the free drinks. Enjoyed our two night stay.

Location to Tokyo station. Very friendly and welcoming staff.Bed huge which was a good thing. Room was quite. Excellent facilities. The breakfast was the best from a hotel.
