This is our repeat stay in Tokyo and have also stayed in Karaksa hotel in other cities.
Pros:

The location and free drinks and snacks plus amenities in the lobby were a big plus.

Cons:

The rooms were quite small. So were the bathroom.

Budget hotel requiring cleaning and renovation

Multilingual and friendly staff, good location to train and subway stations.

Cons:

The hotel was very used and dirty. The elevator with dirty carpet and marks on the walls made a very unpleasant impression. The room bathroom required proper cleaning and renovation. The bathroom fan and room AC were loud and did not work efficiently. The wait time for elevators was very long.

Very good location!!
Pros:

The location is fantastic, situated just a short walk from Tokyo Station, which made exploring the city and catching trains incredibly easy. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with any questions we had. We truly appreciated their professional and friendly service.
