Das Personal war super lieb und konnte uns auch auf englisch und spanisch weiterhelfen.
Das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber perfekt. Klimaanlage, leise, mega bequemes Bett, Badezimmer sauber mit allem was man braucht und ein ordentlicher duschstrahl.
Die Lage ist auch ausgezeichnet! Man hat wortwörtlich alles vor der Tür, sogar ein Aldi. Der Arc de triumph ist nur 10min zu fuss entfernt und von da aus kommt man wirklich überall mit der bahn hin.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen!

La mancanza di ascensore, per chi deve raggiungere i piani alti (5-6) risulta abbastanza faticoso, noi fortunatamente eravamo al terzo piano.
Hotel agréable très bien situé. Accueil chaleureux. Regret d'absence de toilettes personnelles (par rapport au prix).

Otelden her çıktığımızda anahtarı resepsiyona bırakmamızı istediler. Sorun olmadı ama bana anlamsız geldi.
De ligging was erg goed. Dicht bij de metro. Vriendelijk personeel. Bagage kon vroeger en later in bewaring blijven. De kamer was netjes.
De donkere kleuren van de gang en kamer. We hebben geen ontbijt genomen.

The staff was excellent and the room was incredibly clean.
The walls were a little thin and you could hear the neighbors.
I absolutely LOVED the room. It was a very small, quaint, boutique hotel and I loved the vibe. It was very cosy, the staff knew all the guests and in general the hotel was absolutely amazing and JUST WHAT WE WANTED. We wanted to explore Paris and spend our time doing things and eating and drinking new things, NOT staying at a big corporate hotel with thousands of people. The place was small, felt like a big house and decorated to a superior standard. Much more my taste than a big corporate hotel anyway. We didn't have the breakfast on purpose, because we wanted to eat out all the time, which in my opinion is always best. Hotel breakfasts get super boring super quick, but thankfully there are is a brasserie which did petit dejeuner on each end of the street, within 1min walk! Hotel wifi was a bit hit and miss, but I don't care because I have an all inclusive data package which is ALWAYS better than wifi, I don't understand how people are such incredible cheapskates and don't just pay an extra £20 a month for worldwide unlimited data and rely on rubbish wifi... Even my wifi at home is terrible, it's never better than 5g, so use your brain and 5g!
Everything was perfect for the price that I paid! Had I paid more I would have expected room service, a pool and breakfast, but I didn't and I was very pleased with the value for money.
We really liked the location of the hotel. There were several nice cafés, bakeries, and a small local market nearby. Everything we needed was within walking distance. We would also like to thank the young man at the reception. He was very polite, kind, and understanding, and he made us feel welcome.
The female receptionist was not very welcoming or helpful. We found her communication unfriendly, and she did not make us feel comfortable. At check-in, there was some confusion because we did not understand that we were supposed to come to the desk, and she did not try to help or explain the situation. During our stay, she was often abrupt and did not seem willing to assist us.
The room also had several issues. The bathroom door was damaged, and only one of the three light switches worked. The light in the hallway did not work at all. There was no hand soap in the room, and when we asked at reception, we were told there was none available.
We were also surprised that there was no kettle, no cups, no plates, and no basic kitchen items to make tea or coffee. The room was very simple. It was also difficult to reach because it was on the sixth floor with no elevator. Finally, the view from the window was only of another building.
J'ai été très bien accueillie, le personnel est très sympathique. La chambre était agréable et propre et la salle de bain petite mais fonctionnelle.
Je n'ai pas été réveillée par le bruit bien que la chambre donne sur une rue passante.
L'hôtel est bien situé, à quelques pas de l arc de triomphe.
Je suis restée une nuit et tout s'est bien passé.
