Pros:

Все отлично расположение, номер сам, завтрак хороший, бассейн хороший , сауна отличная, хама немного уставший но это единственное на что я обратил внимание но это просто мелочи, отлично рекомендую

It was bad
Pros:

It had a great view and great location

Cons:

The windows are green, the pool is dirty and the water is muddy, the tiles are broken in the steam room. There were swimming lessons for outside kids and we were not told that would happen. The wifi was really bad and the rooms were dirty and ugly. We got charged twice for the pizza wich wasn’t good. The staff didn’t know english or russian and were mean. The elevator was broken. The tv box was really bad too, we couldn’t watch TV

Pros:

We fell on 4 rainy days ....making it a challenge to enjoy. The people at the reception bent over backwards to find us what to do..and we're right every time. They ordered taxis for us whenever needed. The highlight was when I found I made a mistake in my train booking and they straightened this out for us....with much effort.Doux points to Best Western!

Pros:

I enjoyed my time staying here, the balcony sea view was amazing, the staff was very helpful, I booked wrong dates but they helped me to change the dates with ease

The room size is big and beds were comfortable
The facilities is great, you will find everything you need

Near to the sea, near to the airport, near to night life

Cons:

It’s 40 minutes walking away from Batumi boulevard
