המיקום אטרקטיבי והמלון נקי.

Cons:

1. נאלצנו לעבור 3 פעמים חדר ביון הראשון בשל צקלות בטיחות והיעדר חשמל. שילמנו על סוויטה וקיבלנו חדר רגיל. נאלצנו להתווכח עם המלון על ההחזר והפיצוי. (טרם קילבנו את הפיצוי המלא ממתינים עדין).
2. בבריכה מתקיימים לאורך היום שיעורי שחיה כך שבפועל היא לא באמת זמינה עבור אורחי המלון.
ממש לא מומלץ מהחוויה שלנו.

L’immeuble est beau et propre à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. Chambre entièrement rénovée avec du mobilier neuf. Hotel calme face à la mer. Personnel sympathique.

Cons:

Ни чего не понравилось, кроме месторасположения

Cons:

Отель помойка. Снимал рядом Best western primer. Решил попробовать этот отель. Пожалел. Заселили на 2.5 часа позже. Завтрак такой, лучше бы не было)))) не хватало только тараканов 😂. Уборка платная 140 лари. Гелей, шампуней, туалетной бумаги нет .
Часть лампочек не горит . Попросили заменить - не поменяли .
Товарища в другом номере решили на сутки раньше выселить. Пришёл в номер его чемодан вскрыт, все белье собрали в какой-то пакет.
Отношения ни какое. До заселения было доброжелательное отношение. После оплаты перестали отвечать в чате )))) заблокировали.
Белье и полотенца как будто после прошлых постояльцев осталось.
В общем туда ни ногой.

מיקום מצוין מרכזי ארוחת בוקר טובה ומספקת ,מיטות נוחות הסוויטה מרווחת ומתאימה למשפחות מרפסות עם נוף לים ולטיילת , מכונת אספרסו בחדר , התניידות קלה ומהירה עם בולט שמגיע תוך דקות , מסביב הרבה מסעדות מאפיות וסופרמרקטים שעובדים 24/7 , 5 דקות הליכה מהמסעדות הכשרות החלבית והבשרית

חדר הרחצה מצריך ניקיון יסודי יותר , החלפת מגבות וניקוי החדר לא נעשים בשוטף רק לאחר בקשות, בשעת הלילה ריח של ביוב עולה מפתחי הניקוז באמבטיה , בשעות הלילה יש מוזיקה רועשת מהברים והמסעדות שמסביב למי שזה מפריע

חדר האוכל, צוות חמוד שנענה לבקשות..
צוות הקבלה רגוע ומכובד..
הבריכה נחמדה אך לא משהו מיוחד..
ארוחת הבוקר טובה וטעימה, ציפיתי למבחר סלטים יותר עשיר ברמה של 5 כוכבים..
להגיע ולצאת מהמלון היה ממש נוח וקרוב..

ביקשתי מלפני הגעתי במלא זמן, שיתנו לי חדר בקומות הגבוהים של המלון, והסברתי את בקשתי (התאכזבתי מזה אך שידרתי למשפחה שלי שהכל בסדר, לטנת פקידת הקבלה שאין ידרים פנויים במלון.. אבל ביקשתי מלפני הרבה זמן שידאגו לזה כי אני חוגג להם יום הולדת וכל הטיול הזה הפתעה ומתנה בשבילן)
בריכה לא חמה, אין מגבות..
דלתות החדרים בקושי נפתחים, אני אסתדר אבל הבנות שלי היו צריכות עזרה..
רעש נזילת המים מהגג שיורד על הסככה שליד החדר..
רעש הבנייה צמוד למלון והחדר שלנו..
ברמה של 5 כוכבים ציפיתי להרבה דברים, אך הסתדרתי עם זה..
הסתובבתי הרבה בעולם ושיניתי מלא בתי מלון ברמה של 5 כוכבים, אך לדעתי זה מלון של 4 כוכבים..

Expensive stay without access to facilities we paid for

It was clean

Cons:

Overbooking - we were informed during checkin that our room is not available and we can get a refund or instead of apartment with extra bedroom we can get two separated rooms. We were traveling with kids so it wasn’t an option.

Additionally construction site next two property made the stay extremely noisy.

We also selected this hotel mostly because pool - and what a surprise - pool wasn’t available due to maintenance
