Das Restaurant war in Ordnung, Frühstück ok, aber für 15 Euro zu teuer.

Cons:

Der Pool war größtenteils nicht benutzbar, ständig Schwimmkurse, Pool für zehn Tage gesperrt (keine Kompensation) . Das Personal ist unterirdisch unfreundlich, grüßt nicht, lächelt nicht, kann einem kaum helfen, kein Englisch. Der TV funktioniert nicht. Zimmer werden mehrmals nur nach besonderer Nachfrage gesäubert. Neben dem hotel ist eine Baustelle. Hotel allenfalls für Kurzaufenthalt zu empfehlen. Die Betten waren im Doppelzimmer nicht zusammenhängend, zwischen den Betten kein Nachttisch.

Отличный персонал, большие и чистые номера. Есть небольшой подземный паркинг.

Cons:

В ванной комнате стояла ужасная вонь. Канализация (слив) из которой шла вонь была закрыта туалетной бумагой. Душевой шланг был порван. Выключатель 220в находится очень близко к душевой кабине, поэтому когда из порванного душевого шланга вода льется в разные стороны, она попадает на выключатель, из-за чего тот постоянно сырой (не думаю, что это безопасно). Вода в бассейне показалась слишком мутной, в сравнении с другими бассейнами, поэтому я не решился его использовать.

המקום קרוב להכל ממש במרכז צוות.של המלון חיכן ודואג מגבות מחליפים כל יום חדש ונקי מוכנת קפה עם קפסולות בכל יום סדינים מחליפים יום כן יום לא שדרגו לנו לסוויטה ללא תוספת תשלום בציק אווט נתנו להשאר עד 14:00 במקום 12:00 יחסית בית מלון סבבה ממליץ

בהתחלה קבלנו חדר ישן ומסריח ממש לא הסכמנו להשאר בחדר ואז בקבלה החליפו עוד חדר שגם נורא רציתי לצאת משם לקחת הת הכסף לעבור למלון אחר אז הם נתנו לי סוויטה בקומה 12 ללא תוספת תשלום השטיחים בחדרים ישנים מאוד והם כרגע מחליפים בכל החדרים וילונות לא נסגרות היטב בבוקר נכנס אור דלתות של המרפסת לא ננעלות בכלל בשירותים ריח של ביוב כל הזמן אבל זה לא שולל לקחת במלון הזה שוב כי השירות מדהים דואגים להכל צריכים להשקיע קצת בנקיון אבל אם מבקשים מנקים טוב

Отель расположен в районе Нового бульвара,в районе небоскребов.Довольны,что остановили свой выбор на время отдыха на этом отеле.Хочется отметить доброжелательность,вежливость и умение создавать хорошую атмосферу персоналу отеля,особенно менеджеру Нино и Майко.Спасибо всем!

5 Sterne nicht wert.
Pros:

Personal sehr freundlich allerdings sprechen nicht gerne russisch meist englisch
Wasser und Kaffe kostenlos ( Kapsel mit Automat )!

Cons:

Baustelle drum rum,laut. Im Bad an der Tür deutlich abgenutzt. Zimmertür von unten zum Korridor 3 cm Spalt,somit alles hörbar .
Nur 2 Aufzüge….

The breakfast was definitely good and varied.

Cons:

Sorry, I didn't like it that much. Not the location, not the place. Not the atmosphere. The bathroom had no place to put things, it was very noisy from outside.
The spa was very minimal.
Very small pool, enough for no more than 5-6 people.
