I had a fantastic experience at this hotel overall. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping was consistent and efficient, and I truly appreciated the quiet, relaxing atmosphere throughout the property.
The only aspect that could use some improvement is the breakfast. While the quality of the food was good, the options were fairly limited and remained mostly the same each day. It would be great to see more variety and choices that cater to different tastes and dietary preferences.

The room was a bit worn but the price value cannot be beaten. The service was fantastic. They go out of their way to help you have a wonderful experience. All common areas are very clean and well maintained.
This was my third visit to the Delta hotel in the Dubai Investment Park. It was very convient to my work. Breakfast was very good. I did not try dinner. Location is close to many restaurants and grocery stores. My only complaint is that the bed is very hard. I have stayed in many Marriott hotels, i am former platinum Bonovoy, and I have never slept on a bed that hard.

Walk 8 minutes under scorching sun heat to Metro. That is the only downside. Else, hotel is great.
