Location and staff were wonderful

Cons:

Tiny room, air conditioning was terrible- was very warm in the room and couldn’t lower the air conditioning. Would hate to stay on a hot day! Deep at scratches on the television. Wallpaper coming off wall. Would expect this from a much cheaper room that 289 owe night. $80 for parking was well over priced.

The property was very close to most things in Melbourne Central. So convenient!

Cons:

Central Access
Pros:

Great location with plenty of places to eat nearby. We dined at the restaurant on our first night due to heavy rain, and the food was very good.

Cons:

The room lacked usable space. The wardrobe was only half-functional, with a sealed, unusable compartment beneath it, and the bedside tables had drawers that wouldn’t open.
