Close to everything.

Cons:

Was disappointed by the shower as water temperature needs fixing as water kept changing from very very cold to boiling hot then back to cold then back to hot non stop. So think the it’ll need checking.

Also the bathroom door kept coming open so a hook to keep it close using the bathroom facilities in there or even a lock would had been nice so it was disappointing about the door to the bathroom keep sliding opening.

My worst experience at a hotel.

Cons:

Service manager in charge on June 8, 2026. At about 9:00 am on the morning of June 8, we had a "Do not disturb" light switched on at our door, but for some unknown reason, a hotel staff simply barged into our room without ringing the doorbell! We were totally shocked! It was the same moment that one of us was about to go in for a bath. How could a hotel staff enter a guest room unannounced at 9 am.? When I brought up the matter to the service manager at checkout, he was unconcerned. He stared emotionless as I narrated the situation. When I pressed further, he said "could I offer you a coffee?" Never in my life have I met a service personnel as uncaring as he is. I will never stay at the hotel again.

Very confusing when drove in with my car as there’s no one there so wasn’t quite sure what to do but once someone came in worked out level two was reception to check in maybe some more signs
