Pros:

Overall everything met our expectations.
Great location.
Staff wonderful. We had a hiccup with room cleaning but the concierge was extremely helpful and supported us in a very timely manner.
Evening meal and breakfast were enjoyable

Cons:

The room cleaning issue was dealt with immediately and professionaly. So otherwise I do not have any thing else to add.

Pros:

Staff were helpful and bed was comfy. Shower was also good.

Cons:

The room was too warm. Followed the directions to lower room temperature but it didn’t reduce. The door on the toilet needs to be full height so smells stay in there and not stink out the whole room.

Pros:

Centrally located. The rooms were nice, quiet, amenities really good. I made special request that the room be clean wiped down well as we are asthmatic, and that was addressed, which i was appreciative of. Beds were comfortable a s room was too.

Cons:

Minimal staff members around when i checked in and out. No items or hotel merchandise was free - everything needed to be paid for including toothpaste and toothbrushes.
