Great but not our best at this hotel.
Pros:

Great bed, good breakfast and central to all of Melbourne.

Cons:

Cooling in the room usually goes below 20c, on this occasion the cooling only went to 20c and struggled to reach that. Resulted in a very warm room at night and not the usual quality of sleep I have found at this hotel.

Pros:

Room was good for the price and pretty worth it

Cons:

No simple ammenities like tooth brush or even slippers
Worker that was in charge of valet was pretty rude and blunt.

Comfortable, relaxing, a joy. Will definitely return!
Pros:

Location was amazing. So close to shops, market, tram stops.
Room was exceptionally clean and well appointed.
The bed was amazing.
It was so quiet, rooms are definitely sound proof!

Cons:

I didn't like the shower head. It was too high so I had to use the adjustable shower head which had very low water flow/pressure. Could have used a disposable shower cap if provided.
