エレベーターが4台もありすぐに来る。
駅から濡れずに歩けること。
コンビニが1階にあり便利。

高層階に泊まりたいならオススメ！
Pros:

山形の景色が一望できる。

Cons:

フロントが24階、客室は19階や21階なので、ビルの中でエレベーター移動が多い。
翌日、荷物を預かってもらったけど、取りに戻るのに、気持ち遠いなーと感じながら、戻りました。
駅直結ではあるけど、利便性やビジネス拠点としては微妙かな。　宿泊は問題なしなので、ここは利用目的や、ホテルをどれだけ、出たり入ったりするかにもよるね。
