高層階に泊まりたいならオススメ！
Pros:

山形の景色が一望できる。

Cons:

フロントが24階、客室は19階や21階なので、ビルの中でエレベーター移動が多い。
翌日、荷物を預かってもらったけど、取りに戻るのに、気持ち遠いなーと感じながら、戻りました。
駅直結ではあるけど、利便性やビジネス拠点としては微妙かな。　宿泊は問題なしなので、ここは利用目的や、ホテルをどれだけ、出たり入ったりするかにもよるね。

Pros:

フロントマンの方々の対応が親切に接してくれて、分からない事を聞いて詳しく教えてくれました。

Cons:

駐車場からフロントまでの所どころに表示はありますが、迷路的な所あるのでもっと目立つ表示など取り付けれたならよりスムーズにフロントまでの経路を何か工夫があればと思いました。

眺望抜群、スタッフの接客も良好。指摘した２つ、改善を期待します。
Cons:

２つ。
① Wi-Fi繋がるが、通信タイムアウト多発。以前にもお伝えしたが改善されていない。ホテルから公衆網への出口の帯域不足と推定（ホテル内のWi-Fi接続には問題なさそう）
② 朝食はビル内のレストラン✖️3店輪番？24階の2店舗（和食と中国料理）は満足。しかし1階の店舗（唐揚げ？）は酷い。当日朝、朝食会場を確認してキャンセルして頂き、2,000円返金してくださったことには感謝します。

Pros:

親戚を泊めるために予約しました。姪の部屋はロケーションが最高だったそうです。ありがとうございます。

Cons:

男性の喫煙の部屋は、窓側で、残念だったそうです。県外の旅行者には、ロケーションがいい部屋をリクエストすればよかったと後悔しました。
