眺望抜群、スタッフの接客も良好。指摘した２つ、改善を期待します。
Cons:

２つ。
① Wi-Fi繋がるが、通信タイムアウト多発。以前にもお伝えしたが改善されていない。ホテルから公衆網への出口の帯域不足と推定（ホテル内のWi-Fi接続には問題なさそう）
② 朝食はビル内のレストラン✖️3店輪番？24階の2店舗（和食と中国料理）は満足。しかし1階の店舗（唐揚げ？）は酷い。当日朝、朝食会場を確認してキャンセルして頂き、2,000円返金してくださったことには感謝します。

Pros:

親戚を泊めるために予約しました。姪の部屋はロケーションが最高だったそうです。ありがとうございます。

Cons:

男性の喫煙の部屋は、窓側で、残念だったそうです。県外の旅行者には、ロケーションがいい部屋をリクエストすればよかったと後悔しました。

また機会があれば宿泊したいと思います。
Pros:

フロントの女性スタッフさんの対応が丁寧で良かった。
部屋は清潔感があり、冷蔵庫が大きくて良かった。
シャワーのお湯が安定しており、ストレスがなかった。
アメニティが充実していたので、良かった。
モーニングコーヒーが美味しかったです。

Cons:

思ったより、部屋が狭く感じた(ダブル)。歩くスペースがもう少し広いと良かった。
休日の朝は朝食付きでの価格だと良い感じだった。
