Pleasant and convenient location for a short stay.
Pros:

Didn't have breakfast, coffee was good though. Location was great and the restaurant a block away had live entertainment good food and drinks. The bed was quite comfortable and I did feel rested when I got up in the morning.

Cons:

The cleaner that was used had a very powerful scent.

Cons:

The sheets were so dirty that you could tell the property had really gone downhill. This was my first time staying there in over a year. It used to be my go-to place whenever I visited Palestine, Texas. It was always nice, clean, and a great value. Now it’s dirty and run-down. The police were there when I checked in. It’s sad to see that the business has declined like this.

Un peu tout, de la coupure d'électricité qui a duré une heure, à ma chambre qui n'était pas au calme comme demandé en passant par la télé ou il est quasi impossible de changer de chaine et tout ca avec une amabilité catastrophique.

Pros:

Close to where I was going to the next day.

Cons:

The staff was extremely rude. There was no toilet paper in the room and when I called to ask them to bring some the guy said I had to wait till the next day because he wasn't going to bring me any. The room was dirty and there was no smoke detector in the room. I asked to be moved to another room. They said they were booked out but I was able to verify they still had rooms available.

Disappointing and substandard property
Pros:

Close to the central business district of the town.

Cons:

Mold in the bathroom. Room smelled like musty and mildew. A lot of fieldworkers drinking in the parking lot listening to marachi music.

Pros:

The cleanliness of the room and surrounding area, courtesy of staff, and general maintenance of the facility.

I accidentally left my car keys on the external portion of the a/c unit when checking in. The next morning, the housekeeper knocked on the door, pointed to my keys still laying there. Since I wasn't fully clothed, she reached over, picked up the keys and handed them to me
That says a great deal for the integrity of the staff and the security of the facility location. Thank you.

Pros:

A workman's motel. Pploutside after a hard day's work. Quiet by 10. Very nice

Cons:

Bathroom door would not close. Vending machine only took change. The man up front said they dont carry change. Had to walk to store down the street. As I was in my work truck.
