Convenient location to shopping mall

So many ants in the room; had to make sure bed is not against the walls

Pool can be seen outside of room and can be used in the afternoon

Nice location. 5 minutes to SM Rosario. Will stay in the same hotel probably if I'm in the area again

Oh, the receptionists are not that hospitable which is weird because I wanted to get my money's worth. But I guess we can't have everything

Overall good stay but cleanliness could be better

Walking distance to SM Rosario. Easy access to transportation. Room was clean. Food needs to improve. Dirty towels. Dogs is around the building. Needs more lights on the street. Also goats running around the street. Overall staff was great!

It will be good if the property will improve on their wifi ( intermitent and almost non-existent), check the cable tv ( two local channels only) and add more essential room amenities like, electric hot water kettle for coffee, cabinets, etc to make the stay of guests more convenient.

Internet was down half the time, and when it was actually up it was still fairly unstable. Cleaners didn’t clean very well, cutting corners and just straightening the sheets without washing them most of the time. Also there’s no in-room safe, despite what the listing says, no room service and no service car. Expect only the most basic of hotels, though the bed was at least reasonably comfortable. For the price, I expected more. You can get a lot more for the same price at other hotels in the area.

ショッピングモールのすぐ近くにあり、滞在中の買物には困りません。部屋は清潔ですが、アメニティにシャンプーやドライヤーが無い。必要な方は持参をお勧めします。あと、ホテルWi-Fiがまともに使えるのは、ロビーとロビー近くの客室のみですのでご注意を。ホテル周辺で確保できる交通手段はトライシクルに限られるので、滞在後に出国される方はあらかじめ空港で帰りのタクシーを予約しておいた方がいいかも。

Shower head choke. No kettle no cups in room. No food at hotel or room service. Pool incomplete.Small dim lit road to hotel. Not feel so safe at night.

Hotel was fairly new and still in need of polishing but otherwise a great place to crash for the night.... Front desk ladies are very helpful and friendly.

When we checked in about 8pm there was no guard or someone to assist us with the luggage. I booked a room with breakfast as advertised at hotels.com. However, the front desk told me that it was a mistake and there is no breakfast included in the room. I didnt want to argue coz my 6-yr old son and i are tired and so i requested a late check out the next day and they agreed.

before 12noon the next day, i received a call reminding us to check out by 12 noon. i told them of my request in exchange of the breakfast that they told me is not included. To my surprise, the front desk told me that there is a free breakfast but its only until 10am so we missed it already!

their service reallg sucks! oh btw, the pool is still under construction which was not specified also in the advertisement.

horrible experience overall!
